When we connected, we spent quite some time discussing the options and she was very patient with my decisions and offered suggestions on what would work (and things that would not). She did a beautiful job on our wedding cake and we are very happy with how it turned out! I liked a lot of details from different styles of cakes, so we worked together to create a cohesive vision. we wanted something unique, yet sophistocated and "fancy". Would highly recommend Jennifer Shaffer for all of your custom cakes! There are many flavor options but we stayed simple and were not disappointed. Delicious!

Jennifer is an amazing baker and decorator. I needed a cake for a birthday celebration and she made a masterpiece! I told her the colors I liked and she created the rest. The cake was perfectly packaged for transport and survived a 50 mile trip. Needless to say, the cake was a hit! Thank you for this beautiful cake.

I would rate it as heavenly... amazing moist cake, beautiful design, perfect in every way, from the fragrance of the cake to the flavor, wonderful. Jennifer Shaffer Cakes are in my opinion, the best cakes in Erie county and beyond. Also her many years experience have made her nearly a mind reader with the design process, wonderful experience all around! Can I say wonderful again... Lol.

Jennifer made a materpeice of a cake for our wedding, June 5, 2021. The fact that she made every single element by hand is mind blowing to me. Everything but the cake topper was edible. The butterflies were so romantic and beautiful! I can't believe that much talent is in one person! Oh AND the cake was absolutely delicious. Our bottom layer was chocolate with a chocolate filling and the second layer was a white cake with strawberry filling. She had cut fresh strawberries for our cake!!! Photos posted....Thank you Jennifer! It was worth everything penny!

Jennifer's cake are AMAZING! Unfortunately, she has not been responding in the past 4 months. I am hoping she is ok and nothing is wrong. If anyone knows for a fact that she is no longer making cakes, I would love to know as her phone is no longer being answered. It is unfortunate, but I guess.. all good things come to an end. I will never find a cake as stupendous as she has made for our family. Any info would be appreciated. I wish at least she or the family would have posted the status of her cake making, since she is all over the internet as being amazing. All my cakes since her have been sub par, mediocre at best. : (
