It is great to see one of these still open. Food was excellent and service was very friendly. I will definitely remember to stop here again.

Country Pride in Lamar was a joke. Melissa, our waitress, was practically invisible. Empty drinks, cold food, and zero attention. It was like she was trying to make herself disappear.

The roaring '20s were about excitement, but Melissa brought us back to the silent era with her terrible service. Country Pride needs a new act, or they'll be the ones vanishing. Now you see them, now you don't!

The burgers we ordered were so - so.
The patty was dry and tasteless. Maybe tasted like cardboard...
There was such small amount of sauce on it, you barely tasted it.
Mozz sticks were very good. The marinara tho - not. Tasted really weird.
Also the club soda i ordered tasted like chlorine from pool.

We stopped here on our trip through Pennsylvania. Our waitress Josie was wonderful. She was personable, and was able to have the chef make exactly what I wanted, even though it wasn’t on the menu! The place was extremely clean. We’d stop here again next trip through Pennsylvania.

Had chicky parm, pasta. Was ok. Sauce tasted a bit burnt, chicken was very dry. But managed to get it down. The toast that came with was terrible. Had some kind of nasty spoiled butter. Ugh.

We came at the last minute looking to eat. Josie was great no rush, relax and enjoy. Thank you. Much needed after a long drive 😁

Food was fresh, took a little long but was fresh and good size and cooked the way we asked. Service was good.

This is the best service in all TA Travel center of America in chicago to new york route. There is a lady she is JOSIE. She love her job always with smiling face and humanity. She make sense with truck drivers also asking about ur day and all for EVERYONE. Even food are crazy delicious. As like happy space you feeling this is your gas station and your space you want to stop here for a good food and rest.

You can see in photos the resturant clean and smell fresh. This place as like family owned quality resturant not a gas station one. Strongly recomended you must stop here and ead delicious food also feeling good inside.

The place is quiet and I do not recommend it got cold soup and cold coffee and cold garlic bread
If they can fix the hot stuff being cold they would be better

Great Atmosphere. I'm glad I stopped here. Tony is the greatest waiter ever. 5 Stars √√√√√ Highly Recommend as TA is still doing it the old fashioned way. Wish we had more Tony's . Keep up the great work!

I've been eating here for 20+years. Service was good. Food quality wasn't as good as it was. But, that's the story anywhere you go. It was veteran's day and they comped veteran's up to $18.00

We come here and have breakfast every week as drivers for a reason, The dynamic duo !!! Aka - Josie and her husband !!! We walk in, and the atmosphere is friendly and warm. Fun and a great addition to our day. Something we all need more of dealing with hours on the highway !!!
Thank you for EVERYTHING !!
See ya again next week !!!!
