This place is wonderful! I ordered a smash burger and fries to-go. While I waited, I was offered a glass of fresh lemonade, which was such a kind gesture! The lemonade was so refreshing, and the burger and fries were excellent. Generous portion sizes for a great price. We will definitely be back to dine-in next time.
Among the many great things to share, there are two consistencies that I have found from each of the restaurants this owner has had (this one, the last Checkers, and the first Checkers [at the same location as 300 West James).1. Food Quality: Every dish is made with flavor that is top notch and unmatched. I had the "Truffle Shuffle" pizza and my wife had a burger. Both came out with flavors that caused us to keep saying "we can't wait to come back" before...
This place has ties to the old Checkers restaurant I'm lancaster which was my favorite! 300 west James has a small to medium size menu but I haven't been disappointed yet. It's never busy when i go in so I hope it stays open!They've got some really unique Flatbread and sandwiches.As of 4/28 they were still byob but I think they might be getting an alcohol permit soon.Check this place out!
