This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience from this place, and might I say I’m disappointed because I called them to tell them my food was not packed properly and is spilled in the bag so I need my order replaced. I had ordered a shrimp egg foo young and shrimp fried rice combo and they stated they would replace it with a shrimp lo mein instead, I declined because that is not what I needed replaced. I’ve been on hold for a long period of time and refuse to redo my order. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with the service.

Got takeout from here - the General Tso’s was delicious and the other dishes were alright (orange chicken and beef w/broccoli). Super convenient to have a chinese spot right downtown, and it’s comparable to other places in/around the city.

I like the food. It’s okay but had a very bad experience with the cashier. I had take out one day from here and I liked it so I came back but I decided to eat there instead of leaving . The cashier brought our food in disposable plates but didn’t give us extra plates for us to serve our food. She wanted everyone to eat from the same plate it seemed. I went and asked her for an extra plate and a to go box. She gave me the to go box but said no more plate. No more plate. She looked like I was bothering her and upset. She could’ve charged me instead if they are so cheap instead of sending me away like a child without listening. Bad customer service. We were not going to eat from the same plate. I was shocked by how rude she was.

I lived in lancaster for 2 years and decided to the chinese food I live right down the street from the restaurant I ordered a large sweet and sour chicken and a large beef lomein the food was hot a fresh when picked it up I waited 10 or 15 minutes the staff was really nice and friendly the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. The food was fresh and hot ill definitely be back.
