Love this place. They have the best Martini's! It's the perfect place if you're there on a date or with a small group of friends! The staff there is polite and laid back and we're more than happy to help with anything we asked!

Josh (waiter) was excellent. Salmon was the absolute best that I ever had. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful decor, Nathan was our server who was very accommodating and gave us great service. Food was delicious we had the beef medallion appetizer, shrimp Linguine and ribs with Mac and cheese, loads of food plenty of leftovers. Wine list was great, we had a wonderful evening!

Nice restaurant with delicious and unique offerings. We enjoyed everything about the evening, other than a rather inexperienced server.

Overall Altana was a vibe. Loved the atmosphere #rooftop They were out of two items we were craving (burger and grilled cheese) but life goes on. The food we did get was good. 8/10 espresso Martini but still bomb! Only drawback- seating was tooooo close with another high top table. (You get two conversations for the price of one). Altana is a good time though!

This was our first visit to the restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Although the cold weather prevented us from using the terrace, we were seated on the third level by the window, which turned out to be a wonderful option. The area is covered/roofed, very well decorated/ambiented, and the view is simply incredible. The service is what truly sets this place apart. The waiters were superb, always attentive and ensuring we lacked nothing, but without being intrusive—a perfect balance. The food was high quality, showcasing creativity in the appetizers: the fried avocado and the crab meatballs were excellent, as was the onion soup (prepared in a way that doesn't leave a strong aftertaste). For the main course, my Baby Ribs and my wife's filet cut (chef's recommendation) were cooked to perfection. We finished with the cheesecake dessert and thoroughly enjoyed the drinks (the 'The Woods' cocktail and the mojito). I highly recommend this place for its ambiance, gastronomic quality, and, above all, its impeccable service.

The entire experience was delightful however the occasional motorcycle roar from the street below interrupted conversation.

Excellent drink menu and wine list. The pork chop and the salmon stuffed crab were both outstanding. Will definitely return

Worst dining experience in any city in the last 20 years. There for special occasion dropping my son off at college. Server actually forgot to enter our main course order in the computer. About 20 minutes after we finished the appetizers, the server came back to “confirm” the entree orders, which was a ruse. 10 minutes after that, he came back to tell us the kitchen just ran out of the cod entree my son had ordered — which would not have happened if our orders had been entered 40 minutes prior, when the server actually took them from us. Took TWO HOURS for our entrees to be brought out. They had taken our silverware when they cleared the appetizers from the table, so after two hours of waiting for our entrees, we had to sit there and stare at the food for another 15 minutes because they never brought new silverware. I had to go to the hostess station myself and get silverware for the table. The salmon entrees were insultingly small, only 2 ounces. Over the course of two hours waiting for our food, we observed other salmon entrees being brought to adjacent tables, and the portion sizes were shrinking as the night went on. It was clear that after having run out of the cod entree, the restaurant was also running out of salmon and was cheating the customers by reducing the portion sizes to stretch the “inventory.” We raised these issues with our server. All he did was say “sorry.” No effort whatsoever to make things right with the check, with the food, or otherwise. No visit from the manager. Nothing. They ruined our last evening with our son and couldn’t have cared less.
