Don't order pasta if you don't want an overpowering amount of garlic. I absolutely couldn't eat mine. The chicken with creamed corn, collards and cabbage however was fantastic. Ambiance and service were top notch.

My friend Elle and I decided to go out for restaurant week. Altana had the best menu and our duck and salmon dishes were so delicious!! The creme brulee cheesecake and Limoncello parfait were yummy too! Highly recommend Altana and their regular menu is fantastic too!
We went there for the beginning of restaurant week, it was very nice because there were only 2 tables being served so we felt very private. The duck was a little well done and we could've used a steak knife rather than the butter knives that were there, but still delicious, the lemoncello gelato was vibrant and refreshing and the creme brulee cheesecake was also a winner. Even though there were only two choices, an entree and dessert, we still felt full and quite satisfied. Service was friendly and attentive. We will be going again. Thank you.

Dined at Altana last night and had a great experience! Avocado fries were tasty and the Chicken potpie was the best I've ever had. All of us enjoyed our meals thoroughly. Service and atmosphere was excellent as well.

The food here is amazing. Service was okay. Waiter kind of hovered over us the entire time. The bar was very packed. We had a reservation for 4. Ambiance is good, dark with lights at each table. Nice soft music playing in the background.

Loved the atmosphere and the spirit selection is the best in all of Lancaster. My husband had the market cut special which was a pork chop with kale and sweet potatoes, outstanding. I had the baked stuffed cod, which is a classic dish there, highly recommend.
Made this reservation for a birthday almost a month in advance just to show up and it be closed with no warning. Went up to each and every floor and no answer from phone or person to respond as to why they were closed. No warning on website or number either. Extremely upset as this was a birthday dinner.

Went with my family to celebrate having my young adult kids home for the holidays. The staff was great and the food was super. Very quiet. Great place for conversation with superb food.

It was a quiet Saturday night and a friend visiting from DC and I sat at a table in the bar at the windows. It was quiet with just a few people at the bar and one other couple at a table nearby. Our server was a nice young man who seemed to enjoy his work and us. The timing of everything was, with the exception of a second drink for my friend arriving, spot on. We were able to relax and enjoy our dinner without feeling rushed or interrupted. It's a nice spot in Lancaster, but without much of view. I'd definitely take friends there again.
From walking in the door the atmosphere was amazing the food was so good I love the chicken and waffles it was everything!! 10 out of 10 and the salad and amazing as well we also had Lemon drop and they was on point to will be back soon.
