First time there. Great new location. Staff friendly and attentive. Had their black cherry egg cream. Very yummy. and their seasonal salad with fresh peaches and snow peas. Well done. Will be back.
Was looking for a new cafe to try with a friend this morning and we landed on Amanita. I'd definitely come again! Friendly, helpful barista and kitchen staff, amazing [whole grain sourdough?!] toast with olive oil and salt, and the best maple steamer I've had yet!
I am a frequent customer and talk about Amanita constantly. Locally sourced ingredients, delicious & cozy food, friendly staff, and a wonderful atmosphere. I have never been disappointed with my experience. They don’t use seed oils and they prioritize the quality of their food. I sincerely appreciate what the owners are doing for the Lancaster community. They are lovely people and I love the baristas! Try the sweet potatoes!!
Great food n the coffee n tea menu is awesome 💜💜
I gave them a second chance the other day and I was very disappointed, the eggs tasted like they were microwaved the potatoes were wet and soggy and where’s the seasoning at! Waste of money and service was horrible, why did the bagel sandwich take over 30 minutes to get also the guy acted like he didn’t want to deal with me and there’s nothing for kids. Next time I’ll go to Rachel’s Cafe better food and more options.
Unsanitary practices, poor service.
After we received our food, the young lady at the counter had a friend come in. This person had a dog outside on a leash. The employee went outside and played with the dog, petting it, etc.
She then returned inside, and continued to wait on customers, making coffee, and handling their food. She never washed her hands after petting the dog.
Food was mediocre at best.
Great little cafe to stop by and have lunch
The Shakshouka is the real star. I’m obsessed with it. Excellent coffee. It’s an order at the counter and wait for them to bring it to you place, but the vibe is chill. A nice neighborhood spot I’ll keep returning to.
Lived this place. Wife has gluten issues and these guys worked out great. Good coffee, decent prices and excellent food. We found this place and my wife demanded that we go back for breakfast on the way out of town. Will definitely go back when we are in town visiting relatives. Very nice staff.
Run, don't walk, to this great cafe. Staff are lovely, coffee is strong and fresh, food is wonderful and portion sizes are very good.

The food is very good here, selection not very big but sufficient. I had the poached eggs and toast, my grandson the everything bagel with salmon. The eggs were cooked well and filling, which I needed that day.
Perfect spot for drinking and spilling tea with friends. Healthy and delicious menu. I've never had a better drink made for me!
Beautiful spot. Kind servers. Great plants!! Creative and amazing food.
Grilled ham and cheese had like a mustard beer type cheese and the soup was a chick pea and kale soup that tasted very similar to a maryland crab soup. Was quite awesome on a cold winter day
They have dropped the baked oatmeal from their menu. The menu is now very limited and the gentleman working the register was very rude. Use to be our favorite place to visit but I doubt we will ever go back.
