My husband and I come here every Sunday and sit at the bar, Charlene is the bomb dot com. We are obsessed with the chicken pot pie and I love the salmon entree. As a sober person going to a bar I am stoked they have a bunch of non alcoholic beers and mocktails. Virgin spicy marg is where it's at. Love you Charlene!!!!

Annie Bailey's is our go-to place for late night drinks and snacks when we're in Lancaster. Warm, cozy atmosphere, and a very friendly waitstaff. In particular, Brendan -- our waiter the last two times we have been to Annie Bailey's -- is extremely attentive and personable, and we hope to be seated at his table the next time we are in town!Parking: The city is very walkable, with plenty of parking garages and some on-street parking.
Place has great atmosphere , most staff very friendly. Bartender dude with long hair and ponytail should be named CHAD with that attitude.Parking: Parking on street

When we arrived everything was fine and dandy. We ordered our drinks, appetizer and food. While waiting, a server behind us was rolling silverware, with a drink in hand. Better yet she spilled that beer all over the rolled silverware. Another employee saw it happen, we thought she was getting something to clean it up. IT WAS ANOTHER BEER!!!! You shouldn't be aloud to drink on the job, especially if you're going to be sloppy and spill. Food was okay. Nothing special. We had the 5 cheese Mac and cheese and the beef and cheddar sandwich. The cheese in the Mac and cheese was very runny. Our food runner was great though. Top notch friendly guy

The food was perfectly decent. It had a good bustle for a Friday night. The maitre d' was entirely professional. But then we sat at the bar.The bartender refused to answer simple questions. "What kind of gin do you have?" Instead of just telling us, he went on this song-and-dance about "Well, if you tell me what you like, I can help you." "You can just tell me what you have. I know gin pretty well." "Well, what kind of thing are you looking for?" He kept trying to sell me on a Pennsylvania gin that I know I don't like, then threw up his hands and walked away like it was a me problem. Okay, so we moved on to taps. "What do you have on tap?" He doesn't tell us, he just gestures at the taps. We have to ask about each individual tap, most of which aren't labeled. "What's the one with the wood handle?" This goes on for ages.We settled on cider (meh) mainly out of frustration. Halfway into dinner, I finally see, there on the shelf, my favorite Irish gin, Drumshanbo gunpowder gin. I would've gotten that, instead, and probably paid a lot more for it. I also would've been happier with my experience.Look, when you go to a bar, you want to order a drink and relax onto your stool, not get pulled into an argument with some arrogant jackass. So, Annie Bailey's, you have a few options here: You can put your gins and your taps on a printed list or chalkboard like every other bar. You can train your staff. You can let go of your rude, unhelpful bartender who lost you money, time, and two customers.
