Dining inside was like eating in a walk in freezer. We asked about why it was so cold inside and asked if the heat can be turned up. The staff said the temperature is controlled by the owner and the management doesn't have the keys for the box to get to the thermostat. If the owner is that cheap trying to save money, keeping the inside dining area that cold is just going to make customers go elsewhere, we like Arby's but will never eat at this location again.

The empty parking lot and floor being mopped at 8:30 pm on a Monday night seemed odd. I should have known that my roast beef sammich was about to be rather cold… 🤮 I won’t make that mistake again. Thanks for nothing.

I went they took way too long long to give me my food and when I got it they did not sauce my chicken up the right way and when I bit into the chicken slider it had bones in it and I could’ve easily swallowed it accidentally and it could’ve harmed me and when I called about it a girl blamed it on Popeyes and had the nerve to call me the N word and I will never go back I think it should be shut down

Very friendly staff especially for a fast food place. It's been years since I'd been and the lady behind the counter was happy to guide us and make us feel welcome even if they were doing some light construction/ maintenance. It was fast food so nothing amazing, but it hit the spot and we left satisfied.

My son and I came in after work to get some dinner. We were the only people there, and we had to wait for one of the three people looking at us from the back to finally come take our order. When the lady called our order numbers before we could even get out of our seats, she called them again. When we picked them up she walked away mumbling something. The horsey sause was out and the nozzles had sauce caked on them. On top of that our roast beef sandwiches were luke warm.
This location is spotless, expiditious, friendly, and cures my hearty Arby's appetite with ease. The counter person Tracie, took our order (Emily & myself) with an inviting smile! We ordered the $7 Deal, Smokehouse Brisket, & Mac & Cheese Bites w/ Curly Fries. Mac & Cheese Bites were Awesum & Freshly made Thanx Tracie!! Also, the men's restroom was flawless. Love this location HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
