My kids were hungry while we were shopping at the outlet mall. We got the regular salted pretzel and the cashier also gave us a cup of cold water as it was very hot outside. My family was able to grab one out of their 2 tables. Wished they had more places to sit.

I like the different types of homeade pretzles.They make them right in front of you.the cinnamon one is delicious.

The pretzels are a family favorite. They are always hot and fresh. I have a sweet tooth and prefer the cinnamon pretzels. Overall, all of their products are great.

I was at the outlet mall and it was before noon, but the pretzel truck beckoned. He had jalapeno pretzels on the menu, but none were made yet. He said it would take about 7 or 8 minutes to make. I was happy to wait in the sunshine. And boy! Was the wait worth it!!!! A piping hot, fresh soft pretzel straight out of the oven, coated with cheese and jalapenos, but not so much of each to overpower the pretzel. I could've eaten 6 of these, they were that good. I've no idea what they're like if you buy them and they're already made, but coming straight out of the oven like that, they were just heavenly. Best $3.75 I've spent in a long time!

Terrible place to work. Frank is more occupied with the women and walking around just moving people from place to place then doing actual work. Employees spend more time talking, fooling around and eating the products by the packing line (where there are no cameras) rather than doing actual work. If they replace that manager I'll gladly like to return but until then.....stay away. Also the pay rate is very low for the work.

While touring the outlets my husband wanted to grab a quick snack so we head over to Auntie Anne's. You could not ask for a better pretzel. They were warm and soft with just enough salt. I can't wait to go back.
