I asked for the pepperoni nuggets and she said they would be a 2 minute wait but then I watched her go to the back of the counter and pull them off a tray and microwave them. They were extremely greasy on the outside but dry and hard. Plus the customer service was horrible. Her name was laquetta. She slammed my food on the counter and I said thank you have a nice day and she ignored me and walked away

Went in on Monday to pick up a DoorDash. Both workers were SO funny and kind. Definitely want to come here myself just to get a laugh from the workers. Keep smiling! :)

My dad ordered a garlic pretzel at 5:45 pm is on 12/27/22. The person behind the counter was kinda rude when he first ordered and forgot what he ordered. When they asked again what he ordered he reminded them and when we came out to eat it, it was sour cream not garlic. So my dad went back in and complained that it was sour cream and not garlic. The person argued with him that it was garlic , but everyone in the car had tried it and it was in fact sour cream. Instead of correcting the mistake in a positive way they decided to dump a ton of garlic on the pretzel out of spite (to the point where it was barely edible. Pics for reference after my dad knocked a bunch off of it.) Will be contacting the store and corporate because that is not okay. I work in the food industry and even I know better than to treat customers like that even if I think/know the customer is wrong .

I asked for a almond pretzel though they wasn't ready one associate told me they were just sold out then I asked for a frozen dragon fruit mango drink she made me a regular mango drink and when I told her that was wrong she told me know that's what I asked for and then had attitude and was very rude

Had my first Raspberry Frozen Lemonade Mixer and it was pretty good. A little sweet and tart and creamy. I've been wanting to try one for awhile now and finally bought one. Staff at this particular place seemed a bit confused, not knowing what items are on their menu but the drink was good.

This is one of my long time favorites. They're pricey but the pretzels are delicious. If you have a chance (and don't mind sinking nine bucks into it) I highly recommend the pretzeldog and frozen lemonade.

Frozen pretzels!!! Really!! If I wanted frozen pretzels I'd go to the grocery store. I go to auntie Anne's pretzel to get fresh cooked pretzels and they pushed these frozen uncooked ones on me. I couldn't understand why and she couldn't understand why I didn't want it frozen. Its fast food! That's going to distroy the company if that's is there new thing to do!
