I ordered regular pretzel bites and a lemonade. The pretzels were very fresh sand so good and the lemonade was refreshing.

I was in the process of ordering mini dogs.. I asked if mini dogs would be done soon. They said in a few mins. So I tried to order one and pay for it - so I can wait on side (like one would typically do) and they said I can’t do that.. that I would have to wait back in the long line again and maybe possibly be able to purchase it by the time I get back to the counter again.
The menu board states they have sm med and large cups for lemonade and the cashier states they do not have small anymore and have to purchase bigger size after paying the ridiculous amount for dough.
I got an almond pretzel and frozen lemonade. The pretzel was fine, but the drink barely has any lemonde taste. Just tasted like acidic ice slushie.
What caught me off guard was the condition of the kitchen. There were pieces of pretzels, cups, napkins ON THE FLOOR. Looked so dirty. It was so surprising because all the customers can see that. I tried to take a photo but can only see a little bit. It was gross.

I stopped at the Auntie Anne’s location in Tanger Outlets, Lancaster. I asked for an Almond Pretzel and was told by the cashier they didn’t have any. I then asked if more would be available soon—he said no. I asked for a plain pretzel with a small drink instead, but was told there were no plain pretzels or small cups available.
At that point, I ordered a salted pretzel with a medium drink. After I paid and received my pretzel, a staff member brought out fresh Almond and Plain pretzels. I immediately asked if I could switch, but the cashier said no because the salted pretzel had already been handed to me.
I then requested a manager. Instead of coming to the counter, she shouted from the back that nothing could be exchanged once handed to a customer. She never came to speak with me directly, didn’t ask what happened, and didn’t offer any type of solution or even a discount for the mistake.
This was an extremely frustrating experience due to poor communication, lack of customer service, and a manager unwilling to address the issue. I left dissatisfied and will not return to this location.

Place was really busy but service was great
Received an email for a free pretzel went to redeem it & the app was not allowing me log in access. the location would not honor it without a code & they did not have the new Oreo release my daughter & I went without! I emailed the company but no response!
Hey there! If you’re looking for a quick snack, I highly recommend trying those Oreo cookie treats—they're absolutely delicious!
I don't usually leave bad reviews but I cannot let this go. I just watched my fiancé get discriminated against today and it infuriated me. The girl at the counter disrespected him and embarrassed him in front of other customers, and he works for tanger!!! Auntie Anne's please do better!

Horrible experience and customer service. Walked in everyone just looked at me n I had to say is anyone going to ring me up. Them got my food and it’s cold for what I paid it should have been hot n fresh. I hope the manager refunds me for my order I threw away unreal 4 people just standing there laughing and carrying on!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. They open at 10am yet had barely any options for pretzels ready when we went in after 1pm. And you're given attitude for simply asking questions.

Okay, I get it. Your take out only, not eat in but rather than be rude and tell people they have to leave because it’s carry out you may want to put a sign up. Especially when you’re charging $2 more for your product than my local Aunties. Because they are basically the only food vendor on property I would recommend packing a cooler of snacks and libations.

It’s good but it’s getting really pricy. $8 for small?
