Received an email for a free pretzel went to redeem it & the app was not allowing me log in access. the location would not honor it without a code & they did not have the new Oreo release my daughter & I went without! I emailed the company but no response!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I cannot let this go. I just watched my fiancé get discriminated against today and it infuriated me. The girl at the counter disrespected him and embarrassed him in front of other customers, and he works for tanger!!! Auntie Anne's please do better!

Horrible experience and customer service. Walked in everyone just looked at me n I had to say is anyone going to ring me up. Them got my food and it’s cold for what I paid it should have been hot n fresh. I hope the manager refunds me for my order I threw away unreal 4 people just standing there laughing and carrying on!!!

Okay, I get it. Your take out only, not eat in but rather than be rude and tell people they have to leave because it’s carry out you may want to put a sign up. Especially when you’re charging $2 more for your product than my local Aunties. Because they are basically the only food vendor on property I would recommend packing a cooler of snacks and libations.

Customer service so bad that I literally thought I was being pranked at first. The girl working the counter was so unbelievably rude. I walked in to buy a pretzel: she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and WALKED AWAY! I would be embarrassed to have someone like this represent my brand. She needs to go.

I’ve never written a google review on any restaurant before. But my experience here was a first. Read the other reviews and they reflect the service you’ll get here. The girl at the counter seems to be of high school age. She would slam things onto the counter and roll her eyes at you for just ordering. I don’t recommend anyone come here unless you want to be treated poorly. Auntie Anne’s needs to look into replacing the management of this business.

We didn't have the issues that many seemed to have here. We had to wait for a bucket of pretzel bites, but that's to be expected. The lemonades were very expensive, but everything else seemed on par with other Auntie Anne's I've been to lately. There is no seating here.

I'll always miss the days when Auntie Anne's were rare and run by Mennonite girls who tried hard and made a phenomenal product. They're definitely not as good as they were in the 90s, but what is.

The service was so bad, I thought we might have been being pranked. But no, the girl's attitude was actually that piss-poor. When I order two original pretzels (basic, simple!) She rolled her eyes, signed and turned around. I was so confused. I turned to my husband in disbelief, and was like umm should I order something else? ? After I paid, she tore off the receipt and crumpled it up. She didn't get to give it to us or ask us if we wanted it (I did). She plunked the food on the counter and said nothing. We stood there for a moment, not even sure if our transaction was complete.
So weird and uncalled for.

Worst customer service I have seen in years.The girl who helped us was incredibly rude...never made eye contact and pretty much ignored us. It was very clear she didn't want to be there she crumpled up our receipt and threw it away. She
was so rude it was almost comical
