Tasty treat for walking around the mall or to take home. We got a cup full of salty pretzels bites and it was enough to split between 3 people. Love when malls have this gem.

So I went in October of 2019 , ( February was the earliest date it let me select cause I forgot to write it abck then) The park didn’t really open till like 3:00 if I rember correctly. The landscaping was bueghrfil but it smelt a little weird kinda like OZone ( Examples of the smell would be the inside of whacky shack at waldameer park in Errie pa) so we walked through the “ grift shop it looked very Unupdated and old and it looked a little dirty and so did the stuff in it , thr landscaping was decent in some areas then others. I first started by waiting a Extra 10 - 20 minutes for them to open the pathways up so I can ride 1 out of the 3 coasters they have their witch was Merlyns mayhem The que was themed well and pretty but when I walked into the station I was confused cause their wasn’t any designed line that was visible or that I could tell was a line since their physical doors witch is weird and confusing but still it wasn’t the worst but still people could get confused. Anyway the que looked very dusty and darkly light so I couldn’t read any signs that said what door went to what row if they had everything witch ment I couldn’t tell if I was sitting in the front row or back row witch is problme number 2 with it. I would apresate if they switch to the regular gate sytem for future Ciasters but with Covid I say it better so people aren’t all bunched in together. Also when we got on the restraints were kinda uncomfortable and I didn’t really think it would be safer for smaller riders since it felt a little loose but I don’t know If it was just mine or just the way I felt seeing that I ride like 45 other rollercoaster across a few states and countries. And from hearing other peoples experiences who been to every state and 8 different countries . Anyway when the ride started I noticed the ride operators didn’t really check everything that well cause they would of noticed that mine was loose and the rider next to me since the mom didn’t want to ride ride and he said his felt loose so I knew that you just had to push it in a little more witch you had to push it a certin way and then pull up a tiny bit to make sure their looked , they didn’t do that they just pushed if I tempered correctly. Anyway the ride felt a little whacky and minir head banging but for a new ride with the rastraints it did and for it’s type of coaster their wouldn’t be that much head banging. So we get off and I noticed that somonetbjng Brook cause I heard a noise witch sounded like it was slanted way to hard on the breaks cause it hurt badley. Anyway they rides where ok they all felt dirty, wet , and cold even though it was sunny out and I was wearing a sweet shirt and it was 85 degrees.all the ride operators took way to long for everything and acted like they where in a bad mood or something cause they acted like they didn’t care if something happened cause they where they really paying attention to anything. So we got food and it took them 15 minutes just for French fries witch weren’t even that good and tasted like they where old and burnt so o just assumed it was they way it’s cooked so I had my relatives and it tasted the same witch for the prices we payed I felt like we got scammed. We then bearded towards the wooden coaster and the ride operators weren’t even caring that my restraint was way higher then it should of been considering that the “ seatbelt “ wasn’t even that tight and felt flimsy and not safe. So teo ds the second hill I hear a “ snapping” so I just guess it’s the wood or just a tree branch but then. Look at the trim arson on it and the wood on the tract and I think something Brook , so I told somone and they said it just might be a ment ace thing not a big deal . Me being my age I don’t care cause I know that wooden coasters have problmes a lot and it could just if ben the coaster cart on the wood but it rather have them inspect it. Agian I saw that the staff weren’t doing the best job and other snd that area all the wooden and rides looked dirty and not updated and not token care of, I would love to see improvements like maybe f

With no where else to go, we decided to drive to Dutch Wonderland and experience their drive-thru display. With just the two of us in the car, the price at the gate was $ 25 plus tax -- yes the tax was added for an additional $ 1.50 for a total of $ 26.50. A train ride was included in the price, but since it was cold and we worried about being around others during the pandemic we passed on the opportunity. We saw that the main building was open for food sales and visits with Santa, but for safety reasons only did the light show. The route looked small as it just went through the campground. However, it wound back and forth through the cabins and campsites which they advertised as 1.5 miles total. It was not high tech like some other light shows, but it was beautiful with many large trees covered in lights, the buildings outlined, ground and fence lighting, and many free standing light outlines of figures and scenes. They had their own radio station through which you could listen to Christmas music during the ride. Near the end of the route the lights flashed and changed colors to the music. Overall a nice experience, and a way to help the local economy -- we want to make sure Dutch Wonderland survives the pandemic for the families to enjoy for years to come. Our family made many memories here with our children, and hope to return with grandchildren soon.

Came to see the lights and enjoy the extra festivities that were available at Dutch wonderland. Family was excited to enjoy the festive plans. Lines at the holiday lights were great, pacing was appreciated, temp checks going into the castle was also appreciative. The family decided to go see Santa first. We saw endless families interacting with Santa and the photographer asking families to do different poses for pictures. We were totally excited. When it was finally our turn, there was no direction, no discussion, no joyous feeling at all put forth towards our family by the photographer nor Santa. Santa didn’t even acknowledge us except a “have you been good” as we were walking away. Needless to say we didn’t buy those pictures and I did take that non-interactive activity personally because the 2 families behind me received the full interactive conversational treatment as those that proceeded before me. Train ride was great. My children enjoyed the ride along with the hot cocoa and snacks. I bought a season pass for the coming year and I’m hoping this was an individual act of unfriendliness and dare I say felt discriminatory. For sure, left a bad impression.

Beautiful Christmas light show!!! Had a lot of fun...kids really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this show.

At any given time roughly half or more of the attractions seemed to be closed. The minimal and poorly trained staff members were constantly barking orders at customers. Have to enforce "rules" you know. Anytime your experience includes the word FORCE it is not fun and relaxing and I refuse to spend my hard earned money for it. This was FAR from a memorable family experience, at least in a positive way. It was more like visiting an incarcerated pot dealer down at the county lockup. I was waiting for someone to come up to us with a body cavity probe... Save up your money and drive to Florida or another free state.

Pre ordered a pretzel bucket on the app and got a confirmation email saying pick up would be ready for 4:45. Got to the store at that time and the woman said it’s not ready hasn’t even been started because they didn’t see the ticket that’s been hanging out of the printer since 4:30 and then gave the excuse they’re too short-started to see tickets printing.
