Uber location needs to be watched, restaurant is good
Interesting hotel. They do have a very cool bar. We stayed in one of the annexed bldgs. The rooms were a little on the sterile side. TV in room was tiny.
Clean and spacious rooms in a former factory. Wonderful architecture. Super comfortable and great location.
Room and decor was very interesting.
The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.
No coffee maker in the room and ice was only available on another floor. TV quality was poor and much smaller than expected.
Very nice weekend stay for a family wedding. Beautiful, very spacious rooms, very clean. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. The restaurant on site staff were knowledgeable about dietary restrictions. Their gluten free bread was delicious.
It took me a long time to finish writing this review because I had so many high points of my experience with Cork Factory Hotel. First, when looking at different venues, Cork Factory Hotel stands out from the crowd. Kerri was a fantastic tour guide for the gorgeous venue and the photos speak for themselves. The wedding guides they provide make it really easy to run comparisons and figure out your estimated cost/budget right from the start, with clear prices per head and all taxes and fees included in those prices. We loved how beautiful the whole place was, and how everyone could stay right on-site in lovely rooms that were reasonably priced- with a free parking lot on site making that part a breeze for guests staying overnight and guests coming only for the wedding. Fast forward to booking and planning the remainder of the wedding. I was assigned Jennifer Noel as my coordinator and she could not have been nicer or more helpful through the whole process. With about year and a half to plan from the time I booked the venue, I sent emails to Jenn the whole time (usually when thoughts ran through my head on Friday nights- sorry about that Jenn), and I have no idea how she kept up with all the weddings happening that week and month and then mine that was far off in the distance but she maintained incredible files, answered all my questions, and knew exactly what was going on with my wedding all along. Cork Factory Hotel was really accommodating for everything we wanted to do and every idea we had. We held a meeting maybe 6 months pre-wedding where Jenn got a lot of information from us and let us know exactly what decisions were left to be made, and she very kindly accepted our decisions on a pretty rolling basis as we got our plans together. We loved the whole place so much that we held our rehearsal there too and Jenn was there to make sure everyone knew what to do for that night and for the wedding and keep it all running smoothly. For the day of the rehearsal and wedding, it made what would have otherwise been a lot of stress for me to gather all of our decorations and everything so easy. Jenn got the welcome bags from my mom and a huge box (maybe several) with all my decorations for the rehearsal and wedding, and I just needed to show up to the rehearsal and see everything looking incredible. Same for the wedding- Jenn and Cork Factory Hotel kept some flowers in vases from my rehearsal and had them all ready to go with the rest of my decor for the wedding. The morning after, it was all in boxes ready for me to just carry it out. That was all so appreciated. The wedding day itself—could not have run more smoothly. Jenn and everyone at Cork Factory Hotel had us running exactly on time and I never had to worry. We took so many pictures during cocktail hour but returned to find Jenn there waiting for us with a huge plate of our hors d'oeuvres for the two of us to get a couple of each one. She had all the answers all the way through so we could relax and enjoy as much as you can during the rush of a wedding day! Honestly could not recommend Cork Factory Hotel and Jenn more.. it is a stunning place with absolute professionals who have everything under control, treat you so kindly and like you matter, and pull off the most beautiful and fun events. Thanks again Jenn, Kerri, and the rest of Cork Factory Hotel. Hope you pick this place – you will not regret it!

It was a beautiful example of industrial architecture, and the exposed brick was aces. Room was clean and larger than most hotel rooms.
We drove down on a mid fall day to celebrate my birthday. 900 miles that way, then take a right down the river road. Both ends of the spectrum, a serial killer and my childhood hero. I saw arms around me in the mirror, and I never in my life felt more loved by someone.
Attended a wedding and stayed overnight. It was beautiful and comfortable. Parking was included and easy.
We hosted one of our wedding room blocks at The Cork Factory Hotel, and from start to finish, the experience was everything we hoped for.
The staff was kind, professional, and genuinely excited to be part of our celebration. Communication was smooth, our guests felt welcomed, and every detail, from check-in to checkout, was handled with care. The team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding weekend ran seamlessly and that our family and friends were comfortable throughout their stay.
When we unexpectedly needed more rooms, the staff worked with us quickly and efficiently to make it happen. They even kept us updated on how many rooms were booked as we approached our deadline. They are organized, responsive, and take the stress out of what can often be a complicated process.
We also had multiple guests tell us how much they loved their stay at The Cork Factory and how impressed they were with the hotel and staff. This was one of two hotels where we hosted room blocks, and our experience at The Cork Factory was by far the best. The professionalism and hospitality here stood out in every way, and we truly wish we had booked our entire wedding party with them.
If you are a bride or groom looking for a hotel that is beautiful, accommodating, and genuinely wedding-friendly, The Cork Factory Hotel is the one to choose.
We absolutely loved this hotel! They did such a good job repurposing an old building. One of the best we have seen.

Came from out of the country for a work event. Key card never worked. Everytime I had to go back to the lobby for them to fix my key/ said not go out it near keys, wallet or phone…. Horrible. Coffee in the morning they wouldn’t provide milk- I had to pay for milk. Restaurant doesn’t open till 3 and no breakfast. Other places in this beautiful town to stay. Wouldn’t recommend
Great boutique hotel remodeled from an old cork factory...of course. Uber close to lots of quaint pubs.
Such an architecturally unique hotel. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. The service was fabulous. A special shout out to the front desk gal, Rosetta, who made my stay even more special. She was always there with a smile and wanting to help with anything you may need. She is a true gem with this hotel and I thank her for everything
Very cool hotel in a former cork factory. Nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Very good gym. No breakfast.
My friend got married here and I booked a room for one night - this hotel was all around FANTASTIC! The rooms were beautiful and had a lot of natural light. They had exposed brick and were very cleanly. The bathrooms were not the stereotypical cookie cuter hotel bathroom, they actually had some character. I love how the hotel leaned into their historical past and made it updated for modern chic.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The wedding venue was beautiful and staff were all very pleasant.
Overall 10/10 hotel experience. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in to-date!
