We truly cannot sing enough praises for the Cork Factory Hotel! Jen, Keri, and the rest of the Cork staff made our weekend absolutely seamless, from start to finish. They worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best wedding weekend that we could have ever imagined. As our coordinator, Jen was a godsend! She managed every panicked email, every request, and every question with grace and kindness. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the rooms are so comfortable. The ballroom transformed from ceremony to reception beautifully. We could not imagine getting married anywhere else, and we are already planning our next trip back to visit. We have heard nothing from good things from all of our guests who attended the wedding, about how elegant the venue was, and how they enjoyed the food. We cannot thank Jen and the rest of the Cork staff enough!!

I mean the part that I was in, or even walked through was really really nice. The people that were there was respectful and it was clean. I really was only there for servesafe testing for work. So I can't really say much.

Attended a banquet event in the bakery room. It was beautiful! Staff were polite and attentive. Food was excellent. Plenty of parking for the guests!

Don’t Stay Here if You Have a Handicapped Placard

Unsafe for Seniors

Beds consist of firm mattress placed on oversized, tall platforms with no toe kicks. The platforms are several inches smaller than the mattress and have solid side walls down to the floor that had no space underneath for your foot; I kept kicking the wall and tripping when attempting to get into the bed. The platform was so high that my short wife had to jump up onto the mattress. Good for the cleaning staff’s backs when making up the beds, but difficult to get in/out of.

The bathrooms are equipped with tall, wide soaking tubs with glass walls and a narrow swinging door on L-Shaped Sill that make sitting on the edge of of tub, to swing your legs over the tub wall to enter the tub/shower impossible. The combined tub wall sill is so high that stepping over it is difficult and with no grab bars, the wide tub/shower dangerously conducive for falls.

The plastic credit card key locks often failed and we to reprogram them several times, which as the front desk was frequently unstaffed and the telephone never answered live (they call back), quite a pain. The front door is locked at night, so heaven help you if that’s when your key entry card fails. The staff is quite aware of this problem as they warned us to keep card away from cell phones.

While quaint, the converted factory with wooden structure, consequently has lots of heavy steel fire doors, narrow tread stairwells with inadequate handrails difficult to grip, that make the entire hotel unsuitable for the patron who has walking difficulties.

Very cool hotel, they did a great job keeping the factory feel and keeping the rooms comfortable and inviting. Rooms very clean, no visible wear and tear. The bed was comfortable.

Cork Factory Hotel: Boutique Beauty Meets History. A stylish, historic gem in Lancaster, PA, the Cork Factory Hotel impresses with exposed beams, warm brickwork, and boutique flair. The staff is very nice, especially Rosetta, who made our stay awesome! The on-site Cork & Cap Restaurant serves up locally inspired dishes in a cozy, elegant setting.

We recently celebrated a special milestone birthday at The Warehouse at Cork Factory, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The venue was absolutely stunning—elegant, comfortable, and full of character. It created the ideal atmosphere for a memorable event.

The food was fabulous—we received so many compliments from our guests on how delicious everything was! A special shoutout to Gwen, our banquet contact, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. She made the entire planning process smooth and the day itself feel truly effortless.

We’re so grateful to the entire team for helping us celebrate with such style and care. Highly recommend!

We had my daughter’s wedding here and everything was perfect. Scout did an amazing job from booking wedding, set up day of the wedding and keeping us on schedule. The wedding was beautiful and good and cake was delicious. Get venue for a wedding with accommodations

I would have rated it 5stars, but the first night of our stay the air conditioning malfunctioned and it was a very stuffy 76 degrees while we tried to sleep. The hotel had it fixed the following day. The room was very clean, and the front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.
