We were seated right on time. Ordered an appetizer then our meals. Our meals came before our appetizer and then they brought us the appetizer. It was cold, so it had been sitting for awhile. They did not charge us for the appetizer, so that was nice. My husband had the chicken parmesaun and said was ok. I had the prime rib dinner. The food was not really warm and I asked for medium rare prime rib. It came out very rare and very very fatty. Had a few bites but couldn't eat...
Nora was our server and she was AMAZING. Actually the best server I’ve ever had in my life. She was perfect and so sweet to our toddler and she went above and beyond with everything. We needed an ice pack, she diy made us one. we needed to calm our crazy toddler down, she gave him a snack and danced with him. Service excellent, food good, noise level way too loud. Actually it was the music level which was "over the top". We requested it be turned down, but the person we talked to said it could only be reduced one level.
