I wanted to visit this BOB purposely. The employee was nice and pleasant taking my order. My chicken sandwich was alright. I could have used more sauce and the chicken was a bit fried hard. My fries were good and the Lemonade too.

Thats dissapointing.Chicken tenders - 6.0/10Would have been an 8 if it had some spice.Chicken sandwhich 6.5/10Not badGirl at front was very nice and helpful.Just need some levels of spice to get people excited. KFC nashville is like a 3/10. Blazin?? Where???If its a sauce I missed point on it then that isnt the type nashville hot that a lot of people.like. the seasoning should be in levels so it stays crisper. In my opinion.Anyways. Not bad. Just missing a lot of punch

The guy who waited on me around 2pm today was very kind and gave me good information on what to order. I didn’t order fries, but since it was my first time he put them in anyways. Even if he didn’t do that I would have still left happy that he genuinely and intentionally connected to me as a new customer.The chicken sandwich was very flavourful and satisfying. The fries were seasoned nicely as well and were distinct. I think my one suggestion would be to fry them a bit longer/make them a bit more crispy, but I was still really satisfied

The manager is disgustingly incompetent and borderline verbally abusive. Evidently has issues with minorities, especially immigrants. Do not support this establishment.

I got the chicken tenders and fries. Fries were not crispy at all.. they were limp and greasy. The chicken had barely any breading on it (which also wasn't crispy), but the chicken was really juicy, which was good. The honey hot sauce was so bad, I can't help but think they forgot ingredients when making it- not that thats just how their sauce is. It was oily and flavorless.The employees were super great, though, very nice people.The food was much better after I threw it in the air fryer to crisp it up. And I added more hot sauce and honey to the oily broth tasting stuff they had, which made it a bit better, too.
You'll never wanna go no where else for a chicken sandwich, and they got the best sauces and best fries.Id give it more stars if I could, You gotta try this place if you haven't already.

Arrived around 8. We ordered and the workers left (said it was a shift change) without finishing our order. The new shift didn't seem to be a complete crew and from we could see no one seemed to be working for some time. There was only 1 order ahead of ours and it ended up taking about 30 minutes until we got our food. Meanwhile we are standing out in the cold as the lobby was closed. Need some work on an efficient shift change. Food was hot and good when we did get it just felt like we got left hanging.
