Honestly I’ve been here before with no issues, but after my last experience I will never be back. This fried fly(?) was in our chicken tender combo. I took it back up and he told me it was fryer grease, crushed it in his fingers, and handed the chicken back. No refund, no replacement, not even an apology. I will add pictures so y’all can be the judges but I think it’s pretty clear what it is.

Guy that works there is incredible. I go here at least twice a week. Food is made right in front of you, fries are the best! Does take a few minutes to make but is definitely worth the wait! My king!

I haven't eaten at Boardwalk Fries in over a decade! Mainly because im from Harrisburg and i remember there used to be a Boardwalk Fries at the Capital City Mall in Harrisburg. But anyway i went for lunch on 6/18/2022 i got the double bacon cheeseburger and fries and my oh my they were delicious! ?

Customer service was great and the man working was extremely nice. The food was very sub par. The burgers were frozen burgers coming out of a box and tasted as if they were completely filled with water and there was a long hair in my burger; The fries were good though.
fries were over done and it was very dirty. overall just a waste of money chicken was very fatty and not edible at all. do not go here

We had lunch here yesterday and the "fries" were amongst the best fries we have ever had! "Boardwalk Fries" is one of the restaurant locations in the food court of Park City Mall, Lancaster Pa. Just as in most food courts the seating is in a large area in front of the restaurant locations. I stood and watched while my double bacon cheese burger and fries were prepared and there's satisfaction in seeing how your food is prepared! I believe the owners were the ones taking the orders and preparing them. Completely on their top game, for they were busy and never missed a beat. Our food was DELICIOUS and our service was EXCELLENT ?. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Just like I remember it when it was in the KOP Mall. Glad I was able to find one 15-20 years later :) The memories .. will be back here again eventually

The food is great. Tonight the team couldn't do a simple order right. They mixed up 2 orders and made it look like we were the ones were wrong. We had to disassemble the bags with the fries on top to figure who had what. The drink orders weren't correct. The staff could have cared less. To bad. The food is great but you could see no one was in charge.
