We had a wonderful 43rd anniversary dinner tonight, March 6, 2025. Dan, our server, along with trainee Brittany, were very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. Our meal was delicious and we were surprised with a special dessert, on the house. The Regional Manager happened to be there and he stopped by to wish us a Happy Anniversary. All-in-All, we had an enjoyable evening and we can't wait to return!!

Typically can't go wrong with Bonefish. This trip went wrong. The food just wasn't good and the staff seemed distracted. Had the shrimp and sirloin. Neither was remotely good. We also had some shrimp special that was anything but special. I think we just had a bad night.

Couldn't even tell you about the food since I wasn't even able to be seated after I accommodated my reservation twice for them! I made a reservation 10 days prior and the staff decides to wait until the day before to tell me that they can not seat me and my wife due to their system over booking. I asked the staff if they can at least promise me a table 30 min after my original reservation and they still could not give me that! I decide to show up with an open mind and give them the benefit of the doubt. The staff remembers even talking to me about it and all they can still say is to try to come back in maybe 20 minutes! I made reservations 10 days prior for crying out loud! No accommodations no comps no nothing! Horrible service and no regard for new customers!

I’m not sure what’s going on in the kitchen but my last 2 visits have had pretty unpleasant meals. I kept this 3 stars bc service was great and some food and also cocktails were good.
First was the wine and seafood pairing Nov 21. The salmon was SO dry and chewy it was almost inedible, but rest of the dishes were good. However this was the main dish and they specialize in seafood - they should know how to cook salmon
Then today we went for lunch and yhr seafood pasta special was almost inedible. Yhr sauce was pink water - it had ni flsvor and way way too thin. Then the pasta was overcooked and soggy, I couldn’t stomach it.
We use to love every dish, I font know if the issue is new cooks but we are going to take cereal from here awhile until these issues with quality cooking are fixed,

She was very vibrant and made my time at Bonefish Grill very pleasant. I enjoyed the atmosphere with the low lights- as well as my meal! I would love Meghan as my server again!

I had Meghan as my server, very kinda and knowledgeable of the menu. She was able to suggest different dishes for me and my party since we were unsure of what to get since the menu all looked so good. We didn't have to ask for our refills for drinks, and she always came to check on us through our time dining there. I would highly recommend eating here with her as your server. The food is off the chain!!!!!!

Bonefish Grill is a fantastic restaurant! Great prices, and very tasty seafood! They have a lot of events throughout the year that are an absolute treat to attend. My favorite servers when I go are Mady, Diana, Mike, Dan, Bianca, Salina, Meghan, Bree, Devin and Jeremy! And all their managers are super accommodating!

The menu is limited. We expected more fish dishes. The meals are all expensive for the quality and the wait for our food, after we ordered, was 40 minutes. The wait time for a cup of soup was 25 minutes. Not enough staff. The soup was the best thing I had, and the same for my husband. Do not know that we would return.

Handling a group of this size is no small feat, but the staff managed it seamlessly, making our experience enjoyable from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the team was prepared to accommodate our group. The servers were attentive and organized, ensuring that drink orders were promptly taken and appetizers arrived without delay. Even with multiple orders and special requests, everything was handled smoothly, with no confusion. Abby, our server, was exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. She ensured everyone’s needs were met with a smile and made us feel welcome throughout the meal.
Abby and the rest of the staff truly went above and beyond to provide a great dining experience for our group. Bonefish Grill is an excellent choice for both small and large gatherings, thanks to its outstanding service and delicious food. Highly recommended!

We have been loyal customers of Bonefish Grill for over 15 years, regularly dining at Maryland locations and always having wonderful experiences. However, our recent visit to the PA location was highly disappointing.
During this visit, my son ordered pasta with salmon, and while eating, he nearly choked on an object in his food. Upon inspection, it appeared to be the tail of a shrimp, which seemed to be from someone else’s leftovers. We immediately brought this to the attention of our server, who said she would get the manager. However, she returned alone and relayed that the manager offered a free dessert as compensation.
This response felt dismissive and inadequate given the seriousness of the situation. We declined the dessert and explained that my son was understandably hesitant to finish his meal after this incident.
This experience was far below the standards we’ve come to expect from Bonefish Grill, and I cannot recommend this location. The lack of proper accountability and care was deeply disappointing.
