4 course wine dinner was wonderful. Food and drinks were paired excellently and our service was great. Highly recommend these dinners and Bonefish in general.

Sea bass and steak were cooked perfectly. However, we had to wait an hour for the food, and it was brought to the table at room temperature instead of hot. For the price paid we expected better service. It was busy on Saturday evening, so I'm not sure if they didn't have enough servers or the server was not efficient.

We enjoy dining at this particular chain restaurant and since there are none anywhere near where we live, we usually seek them out when we travel. We were happy to find one near where we were staying on our recent trip to Pennsylvania. We were here on a weeknight and arrived later than the general dining hour in the area, so the restaurant was rather empty. Heather, the hostess, greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm hello and seated us promptly. Our server. Brittney J promptly came to our table took our drinks order and explained the special that we were considering ordering. She was knowledgeable and helpful. While we were enjoying our dinner, we had a chance to observe the hostess, Heather, at work. This young lady did everything from bussing tables to setting up tables with new paper toppers and silverware (Bonefish Grill sets their tables with tablecloths and then a heavy white paper topper) to sweeping the floor to her normal hostess duties. We were impressed with her industriousness. Once we settled our bill and were leaving, Heather even opened the door for us and wished us goodnight. We stopped to chat with her and were impressed with her friendliness as well as her industriousness.

Got seated at a booth today, after 5 minutes no one waited on us. But, two servers walked past our booth to the next two booths to ask how everything was, no acknowledgment to us. We then asked the host who walked past us, who was our server and he stated he did not know, he would have to check. I saw him speaking to two servers, no one came over. Within 5 minutes other people came in and got served, so we just left. Wasn’t overly people but poor service. Went across the street to BJ brewhouse, got seated right away and waited on within a few minutes

We've always enjoyed our food at Bonefish Grill but what made it special tonight was our server Victoria who was very conversational and just phenomenal and making us feel welcome.

Place was just about empty but was sat way back in a dark corner right at the Restrooms. Again place was almost empty and those of us that was there were sat right on top of each other! Waitress was incredibly slow. Food was good.

This location is absolutely amazing from the service, to the management, to the food. Everything is just five star phenomenal. I love it. It is our favorite date night place and my favorite place to bring guest when they come into town ! I am very pleased with the Lancaster bonefish :)

Visited Bonefish Grill and had a wonderful experience. The Bang Bang Shrimp was delicious as always. I tried the Bourbon Salmon and it was delightful as well. Our server Heather did amazing. Highly recommend!
