Ordered the corned beef on rye ½ sandwich. I don’t know what meat was on the sandwich but it didn’t seem like corned beef, at least not fresh corned beef. Seemed like it was some kind of processed meat with very little flavor and a good chunk of it was very grizzly. Won’t be going back.

I’ve enjoyed Bruno’s hoagies for many years, and I always get a hard roll a type that’s not normally found around here and it’s much better than the soft roll. Let me be clear that I’ve enjoyed the sandwiches every time.
I decided to try a cheesesteak recently at the Lebanon location, which was okay but was on a soft roll, which was very disappointing. Hard Rolls are one of the best things about coming to Bruno’s.
When I came to get another one today at the Greenfield Location I asked about having a hard roll, but was told that they just don’t offer a cheesesteak on a half hard roll , even though they offer half hard rolls for the cold sandwiches.
You can only get it if you want to shell out $15 for the entire hard roll.
This makes no sense.
How hard is it to put the cheesesteak onto the very roll that I could’ve gotten with a cold sandwich?
Not to mention when I opened it, it was a squished small little sandwich, which was not worth $10 at all. As much as I like this place, I’m very put off by this response and Rule that makes no sense, not to mention a cheesesteak that is much smaller than the one I got at the Lebanon location.

Philly style cheese stakes and hoagies is what you would like to be but far from it. Wawa has better hoagies than this place and should be ashamed because it’s highway robbery when I’m only getting one slap of meet for a whole hoagie. Literally one piece of meat. You should be shut down for false advertising because those hoagies on the pictures look nothing like the bs I just tried to enjoy. Horrible!!!!

When you order a Philly Cheesesteak, you get to build your own. You get to choose beef or chicken and toppings. The sandilwich was good, not very fill, and the value for $15 was there, but it was good. I ordered onion, peppers, etc, and there were very few toppings added. For $15, there should be enough toppings added to fill the sandwich. I live within 2 mins of this location and I maybe go there every 6-8 months but I'll go to other places weekly! Also, when you order, check your order! I've ordered sandwiches that didn't have what I ordered or had what I didn't want! Overall, a good sandwich is not great!

Very clean, professional, food came very quickly and had pretty large portion sizes for a good price. Staff are friendly with customers. Fresh ingredients and a tasteful variety of hoagies. I would highly recommend this place to any sandwich enthusiast!
