I waited for 10 minutes at order pick up and was ignored by no less than 5 employees. No one acknowledged the other 3 or 4 people waiting for food. I did see employees wondering around the EMPTY restaurant though, looking at all the people waiting for orders.

Awesome spot for game nights. The service is great, and the food is better. Chicken wings are obviously incredible, but their burgers are also FABULOUS!! Great spot overall, very chill atmosphere. Go Birds đŠ keep it up BWW!

hi. i ordered through them from uber eats & ended up getting a completely wrong order. they had my sticker placed on top of a different order. i have a severe allergy to some of the items that were placed on the burger they issued me. i ended up making a complaint through uber eats but also tried to call. there was a woman who answered & had me on hold before hanging up. i waited 14 mins. extremely incompetent.

Guys, you got to get the order right. Bone in vs boneless wings matters to some folks, but more importantly, there is a huge difference between orange chicken and Asian zing for people who can't handle the heat.

very pricey! I tried to place an order and I was waiting for 5 or so minutes, and no one answered the phone. I Got a recording , no one here can take your call, I hung up and I wonât be coming back to this place! no one seems to care or wants to work! Sad! how do you run a business when you canât even answer the phone!
Complete lack of service and accountability. The order was wrong, sauces were forgotten, and the overall attitude made it clear the host AUTUM COULD care less to fix it. There was no urgency, no ownership, and no basic effort to make things right. What shouldâve been an easy, enjoyable game night turned into frustration and disappointment. If this is the standard here, itâs not worth coming back!! Not sure why vaping what smelled like WEED was allowed while working her shift. Not sure how she got this job!! Management needs to have a word with her⊠wings are great and we love it there but we wonât come back if sheâs still there

Restaurant was maybe half full and we asked to sit where our team was playing in a bowl on the big screen... The hostess set us under the big screen. Disappointed with the wings ... over cooked and almost cold ... by far the worst BWW experience.

Order takeout through their website which was really easy, but from the time I placed my order into the time I got it, was 1.5 hours, I know that isnât the restaurants fault, but by the time I got my order, it was cold, soggy & missing half of what i ordered. When we called, the girl & the manager that took the call had such an attitude, & I feel like the manager didnât even want to take the time out to actually listen to our concerns. They offered a full refund for the order which took 2 weeks to get even though they said it would take 5 business days, turns out the manager that âinitiated the refundâ didnât make the other manager aware. This was my first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings, & it was very disappointing
