This last time I ordered an All American Burgerđ that was burned dry with black edges, and a side of potato wedges with chili and cheese on top. It looked like a ruined patty that would be tossed in the trash đď¸, yet here it was still plated and served. And even if youâre making a pick up order; youâre still expected to tip unless you want your order to be wrong or worse. And I DO NOT recommend you tip because your order will still be screwed up anyway. And whatâs with this new culture of leaving a tip for take out when I have to place the order myself, drive to the restaurant, and then go inside to pickup and check my food? And yet they still expect me to leave a tip??!!! Itâs a complete joke to ask someone to tip you for doing your job! I wish it did work that way across the board, but unfortunately it doesnât. Pls stop this madness.

I was not pleased with my visit to this location at all. Once arrived me and my family waited a good amount of time before we were even acknowledged. Once we were seated at our table another long wait before anyone came to our table to greet us and say anything. In the meantime the manager I believe his name tag said Micah was standing texting on his phone the entire time we were waiting. I was a bit disappointed with the selection in house than on the app. Once we ordered and got our food it was cold, dry, and tasteless. The temperature of the food was if it was sitting out and just sent to our table. I expressed this issue to the waiter which then she apologized but did not offer to bring out a better warmer dish. We paid for our meal and left. The crazy thing was the restaurant was not busy at all. I would not be returning to this location. BWW in Oaks, Pa is way better. If you are reading this take the drive to another location. Do not waste your time or money going to this location.

Awful food, came out cold, waited an hour for simple order of wings, wrap. Slow service, gross food. Came on a not busy, not game day.
Went to this restaurant with my 2 teenage boys who love wings. Our waitress was helpful, attentive, and friendly. The food arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. The restaurant was clean and just went with the items on their menu.

I am a recent customer of the 2065 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, PA restaurant. I would like to give praise to the quality of service, as well as the high quality in food.
As someone who frequently stutters, our waitress, Maddie, had been patient and courteous to adjust my order(s) if I needed anything additional or to adjust an order.
The manager, Melissa, frequently checked on my group to see if our experience met the quality assurance of our orders. A standard above any service I encountered was met. I would definitely bring a family or friends to experience an excellent quality of service.
