This new asst manager was needed. The previous one had to go with her attitude. This place is clean enough to dine in now. The drive thru line isn't on hold for hours. The cars drive right on through. We got caught in the storm so I bought clothes to change into. She placed my food in the warming area until I came back out instead of leaving it sit on the counter. She was polite. I like this change and this asst manager.

They gave me a soggy whopper that was supposedly “off the broiler.” It was steaming hot in the middle as if they put it in a microwave. I’ve had many off the broiler whoppers and none of them were like this one.

Is still a good favorite for me and for many others, it's popularity may be out dated but is still strong,and the burgers are still good.

Chaotic, Backwards, and Just Plain Awful

I’ve had some bad fast food experiences, but this Burger King took it to a whole new level of incompetence. We went through the drive-thru—you know, the thing designed for cars to drive through—and somehow, everything was backwards, inside out, and upside-down. It was like stepping into some kind of alternate reality where logic and basic customer service ceased to exist.

First off, the layout made absolutely no sense. It was as if whoever designed the drive-thru was playing a cruel joke, because somehow, we ended up being yelled at for blocking traffic—despite being the only ones going the correct way. Apparently, the employees were running their own personal version of road rules, and we weren’t invited. Instead of directing us or fixing the issue, they just shouted at us like we were the problem.

And the food? Let’s just say it matched the experience. Burgers looked like they’d been drop-kicked, wrappers were half-ripped before we even touched them, and the fries had the warmth and texture of something left under a heat lamp since yesterday. At this point, I wouldn’t have been surprised if the soda came carbonated backwards.

Whoever is running this place either doesn’t care or is actively trying to make customers regret their decisions. If you like confusion, cold food, and being berated for following basic traffic laws, by all means, give this Burger King a visit. Otherwise, run.

Tired of my orders being wrong I ordered a fish sandwich without pickles lettuce and tartar sauce I get home and guess what it has on it everything that I didn't want. This is the second time now I went there and it's the same thing they put all the s*** on you don't want.

They never have milkshakes. Or anything else, for that matter. Ever. Place is useless. You can call them any given day and they'll rattle off a list of the things they're out of. It's pathetic.

Unapologetic management, ill-performing staff. They haven't scraped the bottom of the barrel — they've gone clean through it, and are digging up the stagnant patch of swamp that the barrel of talent was rotting away on.

The franchisee would do well to terminate the staff, rehire/retrain from the ground up. Or just shut it down, it's an embarrassment to the brand. For shame.

Don't go this place it's the worse service I have ever gotten. Placed 2 separate orders got up to the window paid for both was handed 3 bags with food for the first order and was missing half the food. When I asked about my food was asked what I ordered like dude I just paid for my food. Then was told to go park. Some girl brought out a bag with 2 sandwiches in and yet still missing food. My son in law had to go in 3 times before we had all the food we ordered. My daughter called after leaving to talk to the manager and she was down right rude and raising her voice at my daughter tell her we lied to get more food. Like really worse place ever don't waste your money going here.
