July 26, 2025 - as I'm sitting at a table and I can see and hear the employees/coworkers were standing by the door where you pick up the food talking about there personal life and one of them was on there cellphone talking to family members about something while there were on the clock

Almost always get my order wrong. I've complained of too many times to corporate apparently and they refuse to do anything on my last order which wad messed up. So it's suddenly my problem if this location can't get their act together? Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. You way? Think not.

I spent about 16 mins in drive thru. Meanwhile I placed this order online 30 mins ago. The cashier in drivethru had a really bad attitude. She also had an AirPod in an acting like she could not hear us through the drive-through speaker. I don't usually complain but this was horrible

Stopped to have breakfast with my son.. I understand people come on hard times but the homeless taking baths in the bathrooms and sitting in the dinning room I'd rather sit in the middle of a farmers field when they are spraying.. the smell was horrible.

Ordered breakfast via the app, and order went through fine, then got there and the building was closed. Doors locked, nobody answering phones, no way to get any assistance. Absolutely ridiculous. Turn off ordering if you aren't open, don't take people's money if you aren't open and making food.

WE ASKED FOR THE SERVICE, AND IT DID NOT ARRIVE AS IT WAS, WE WENT TO COMPLAIN AND THEY SERVED US BADLY AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE US WHAT WAS MISSING,

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this place has stood out after three different interactions. The first time my order was cancelled because quote, "We are out of burgers." Burger King...out of burgers. At 8pm. The second and third time half of the items from the order were missing. Both times had no fries when large meals were ordered. It's a 50/50 chance you even get straws with your drinks. The sheer basics of customer service need reviewed at this establishment when you have a McDonalds down the street that does not suffer from these mistakes.

I know it's hot or miss depending on many factors but whopper jrs were not hot . Must have caught them in a bad moment. I couldn't rate the atmosphere as I went to drive thru . I m sure it will be better next time I stop there

The guy that works there making food, he drools. On the table outside talking on his phone and then he's the one making food.... No.. Way. I haven't eaten there in months and it sucks.

The customer service of the employee who took my payment was okay, wasn’t expecting outstanding service. My food was great until i got to the second burrito. i Got the breakfast burrito meal. The hash-browns were HOT and the first burrito was good. I unwrapped the second burrito and there were TWO small black hairs. I’m a blonde..
