Terrible workers. They won't let you look at the menu. If your payment is messed up and need to switch cards , they'll cancel your order while other people say they are just looking. Then when you are ready to pay and have the other card in hand they will ignore you. Most ignorant racist pathetic workers iv ever seen.

Lancaster PA Lincoln highway did not place complete order in bag yesterday 1.13.25 . Came in1.14.25 the manager Tyler was rude and said he couldn't do anything about it because I didnt call. This is not the 1st time items have been missing from my bag but it is the 1st time I have said anything about it.. the service here is always rude. Customer service is horrible and unacceptable. He would not give me any higher ups info when asked.

Seems like they have staffing issues here. Placed an order to be picked up through the drive thru snd was told to come inside to wait about an additional 20 minutes. Order was a missing only one item. On a good note the staff members were friendly!!

Electronic Cafe

This places always has issues. Staffing especially. Just left from there now. Wanted to try the new Whoppers. They werent open because of staffing. 1 worker came outside and said rhe drive thru was open. So we went to the drive thru. We were the 2nd car. The 1st car sat there for 5 minutes and left. Then they told me they were short staffed and couldnt make food. How dumb is that. You guys need to close that location. Its pathetic. Everything we have issues .

I only gave 1 star because i had no choice to give 0 stars.. the drive thru takes 8 years even if theres 1 car and that car only ordered a fry... like does this place have management ? Or is everyone high? Im currently waiting 25 mins for 1 whopper... yall suck

Tried to use drive thru. Employee mumbled something which I thought was be with you shortly. Waited a couple of minutes said hello but no response. Went to pick up window and nobody came. Parked and walked inside. Neither employee acknowledged we were there. Eventually left. This is not the first time we received slow service but this was the worst. They wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the ass.

Not worth it at all!! Got here and they don’t take care of anyone inside or in the drive thru!! I get it being busy but it wasn’t and my food was cold after waiting nearly 20 mins for 2 items.

I usually order from this BK or go through the drive thru because I used to work here, and while I worked there, the hygiene was fantastic. Every time I order online, items are missing, this time was the straw that broke the camel's back, I found a blonde hair in my burger, and the ice cream cone tasted like sour milk. Never again.

Customer service sucks. Management sucks. This place should have no stars ! Came in through the drive. through and an employee was very disgusting. I think what bad day she was having. Poor she took it out on us. Then they switched off with another employee without announcing to us she was going to switch off with another employee being extremely rude. I asked for a manager and received yet another rude employee to the point where I was being given the run around to speak to a manager, which then caused me to have to park my car and get out to speak to the manager inside … and when he spoke with this manager, he was ignorant of the fact that his employees and was rude with very much bad customer service in fact he defended his employee admitting he didn’t hear the conversation. Refusing to serve us after the order was already placed. Poor management poor customer service, their hospitality sucks. Do not spend your coins here … clearly something is wrong … when you go to write a review and see multiple bad reviews about this place … this place needs to be shut down!

If I could I would this place a no star for its service cuz when you have a long line inside the place but you’re only worrying about the drive thru then something is wrong. There was people inside that started walking out of the place. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. You should avoid it at all cost.
