Drive thru employees for the most part don't read the orders. I request no ice with my soda. 1 out of 3 times it happens. Generally the employees are kind and knowledgeable. Management needs to fix the receipt machine, hasn't worked in 3 weeks!!

My entire family got sick within the hour of eating here (my one son literally vomited on the way home). Food was cold, service was slow and not one single worker had a hairnet/covering - one worker literally had a ponytail down to her waist but wore it in the front, hanging over food. Will never visit again.

Shaniyah who took my order has a wonderful personality. I was there at 1:46 PM. She was handling the register alone and had one customer right after another. Professional & efficient. She deserves a raise!!!

I must say I am just a bit disappointed.... my burger which was supposed to be a whopper... had a ton of mayo and cheese but nothing else.. And the wait was more than 20 minutes... again I know with fast food it's busy as hell but heavens to peets. Just a little mad at this one

Good burger, Fries hot and salted perfectly. Someone took my food I guess. They were willing to remake it for me after waiting there for 10 minutes, so that's good. The place was clean and quiet.

Went through drive through. Attempted to place my order. Tina the assistant manager, rushed our order barely let us finish. Then we went to the next windows to pay and said nothing. Meanwhile, she is complaining in the background to coworkers how she hates her job. I understand if you're having a bad day, but this is customer orientated. If you hate your job, quit or at least hide it. Don't be rude to your customers.

Terrible workers. They won't let you look at the menu. If your payment is messed up and need to switch cards , they'll cancel your order while other people say they are just looking. Then when you are ready to pay and have the other card in hand they will ignore you. Most ignorant racist pathetic workers iv ever seen.

Lancaster PA Lincoln highway did not place complete order in bag yesterday 1.13.25 . Came in1.14.25 the manager Tyler was rude and said he couldn't do anything about it because I didnt call. This is not the 1st time items have been missing from my bag but it is the 1st time I have said anything about it.. the service here is always rude. Customer service is horrible and unacceptable. He would not give me any higher ups info when asked.

Seems like they have staffing issues here. Placed an order to be picked up through the drive thru snd was told to come inside to wait about an additional 20 minutes. Order was a missing only one item. On a good note the staff members were friendly!!
