The Burley Bar (and the Thistle Finch Distillery) is very awesome! Scheduled a tour and tasting online and was a great couples experience. During the tour we learned about the history of the building and Lancaster, as well as the distilling process. No ghost stories though. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Sampling at the end and purchase spirits or merch if you want. Short hop to the bar for food an option

Nice atmosphere and good bourbon. Food was only adequate. The place has very little seating and was packed. No one to greet or welcome newcomers. Had no idea what the process was for getting a beverage. They need to do way better with that part. Still, good bourbon and drinks and nice atmosphere, so worth a try.

I just made another visit to the Burly Bar and it was amazing as always. Absolutely love their offerings, especially the pepper whiskey. Food was fabulous. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go back.

Best hidden gem in Lancaster imo. It’s a small menu but the food is consistently excellent. The atmosphere is unmatched, burley bar is great.

The one app we got and the drinks were decent. But the service was pretty bad. Only got service from the bar back while the bartender just talked to what seemed like a coworker. There were only like 5 people at the whole bar so felt completely ignored. Kind of disappointing overall

This hidden gem was a winner. From our bartender (Dan) to our amazing server (Emily), my first time at Burley will be remembered. The knowledge they shared about the drinks and history of the establishment made our experience that much more fun. I highly recommend you stop in. You will be glad you did.

Bartender kills. Great drinks and mixed well. Mozzarella wedges were delicious, and the building is amazing. The atmosphere is awesome. Very old turn of the century building. Old tobacco processing happened here back in the day. Come do a tasting tour, it was awesome. Highly recommend!
