Butter and Bean Cafe

They were Very helpful and kind. I loved how they had 6 different sugar free flavors- 3 of them are made in-house (sweetener is sucralose). I had the pumpkin which was very good and didn’t have that sickly sweet tang that some sf flavors have. They were also very accommodating with making a bread less sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich.- they also have a few salads but I didn’t try them. This place is Keto, sf, diabetic friendly.
Very quiet and peaceful when I was there. A little small for big groups.

Had the Brown Butter Latte and a bowl of red pepper gouda soup. Both were very very tasty!

This was my first time in this establishment and the service was great. The staff was very polite. I was looking at the screen to see what kind of ice coffee they had. A nice gentleman told me they had menus in the front with all the items. I didn't get anything to eat but, I did get a cold brew with pumpkin. I explained to the young lady if they could just put 1 pump of the syrup because my husband couldn't have too much sugar. She said it would be okay but, then as I waited for the ice coffee the same man was scolding her and told her they didn't do the coffees that way. I watched him and he didn't add too much syrup which was great but, you should always try to help your customers when it comes to certain items. Thank you.

First of all, I think they have some of the best coffee and lattes in Lancaster county.
However, in my opinion the fastest race to the bottom of any restaurant or store is if you have x hours and you insist on closing 5 10 15 20 30 minutes before your posted hours of closing, I freaking swear, it doesn't get more ignorant than that. I got there 5 minutes before they close and in that short time 8 to 10 people came into the coffee shop and every single person was told by multiple people and no uncertain terms that they don't serve food they're closing soon and basically made everybody feel like an idiot. Are you freaking kidding, if you're open till 6:00 then for the love of mud be open till 6:00. If you want to be done by 5:30 then close at 5:30. Sorry, my rant for the day!

We stopped at the Butter and Bean Cafe for a quick cup of coffee and it was delicious I tried their New Bourbon Vanilla latte add to my Aunt had a plain cup of coffee ☕ The bean the use are so full of flavor

Kid-friendliness: Handled our group that had a few kids well, and were able to adjust a few items to cater to the kids needs as well!

First of all our food was amazing, the inside of this place is beautiful and so welcoming.

The biggest thing that impressed me was the customer service. I have a 4year old autistic kiddo and taking him in public can be a struggle. We tried eating in the store since it was empty when we got in and it was a relatively good day for him, and while he wasn’t totally disruptive he was struggling to sit still. One of the girls working noticed this and brought him over some crayons and coloring pages. As a mom of a special needs kiddo who constantly feels like she’s being judged, it was so emotionally overwhelming to have someone just show kindness. She was literally so sweet, and while it may seem small it was huge for our family and SO appreciated!

Walked in yesterday morning, looking for a good breakfast before my 4 hour trip back home. I got what i was looking for. I got the breakfast burrito and a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a chocolate croissant before I left. The food was very good, the staff had smiles and were friendly. The atmosphere was very mellow and relaxing. Im glad I stopped by, If ever I am in Lancaster again I will definitely be coming back.
