I had the opportunity of visiting this location during the holidays. While the food was delicious the staff were rude and not accommodating. I ordered my bagel a specific way. When I noticed them preparing it incorrectly, I immediately said something to both the cashier and the individual preparing my order. I have been reading the negative reviews of this coffee shop because honestly I was shocked to see that it had any prior to me posting. However, I noticed that after reading them, a lot of them sounded like people disrespecting the clearly stated guidelines of their business and being upset that they are being asked to respect the business policies or they were issues that seem like they could have been resolved with a face to face conversation with the owner based on his response....
