My husband and I stopped in today, 3/24 around 1:00. We got the house special burgers with fries. It was hands down the best burger I have ever had and was cooked to a perfect medium temperature. I would add nothing to it except an additional patty. I’d like to also note that the kitchen team did an excellent job despite being hit all at once. This place is really special! Can’t wait to come back

Was not extremely busy. Told when ordered would be a half hour. Hour goes by had to go up to the counter to say about our wait, magically are food was ready! Got 2 burgers and fries. (They were out of bacon). Food was room temp at best. Burgers- Nothing special. Spent $36 could of went to burger King spent $20 & have a better burger in a 1/4 of the time!

Food was absolutely delicious. Maybe the best onion rings I've ever had. Came in on a Saturday and we waited about 30 minutes for 2 burgers, fries, onion rings, and grilled cheese.

DELICIOUS!One of the best burgers I've ever had!Also some of the mad chef brewery's brews offered at a separate bar stand.There is zero air circulation, so be prepared to get your clothes smell like their food.Fried were overcooked (yet still tasty).Bathrooms were locked.Thank you for the amazing food.Will return!!

Love coming to Cabalar. I have yet to order an item that wasn't out of this world spectacular. Burgers are always top notch. Beef Tallow fries and onion rings are delicious. Fried chicken is always so tender, moist and flavorful. I just wish I was a little bit closer and could get around for lunch a few more times a year.

The pulled pork was great, fries excellent, Mac and cheese surprised the he'll out of me (very good), and farm show grade milk shakes.I have been here for drinks a few times, but this is the first time we stopped in to eat. I am sorry I put it off so long, will be back very soon.

After being told it will be the best Burger you've ever had, very disappointed. After waiting close to an hour, and after driving an hour, our burgers were cold. Pretty sure they were waiting on the fries. Definitely not set up to handle a busy day.Parking: Just get to the parking garage because the 2 hour parking won't be enough

Can you say best burgers in Lancaster? (and beyond) I haven't been here once when there wasn't a shop full of people enjoying what Cabalar offers. The sweet heat burger is incredible and the fries to pair with it are cooked just right and seasoned well! The atmosphere is great and the gentleman at the register who is always there creates such a welcoming environment! Come here if you're looking for a burger that you'll end up ordering again for the road!

Being very clear, my husband reiterated that I was dairy free. He was pretty irritated. Then I get the food and both orders for my daughter and I have cheese on them ... dairy... pretty irritated at this point.Writing this review was I sit here and wait for my re-do.

Went to Cabalar Meat Co. with a few friends from work to check the place out and see what all the hype was about. I found what the hype was about after receiving my smash burger order, the burger was amazing and the beef tallow fries were excellent as well. Customer service was also good, the only thing I/we didn't care for was the layout for seating inside. Other than that definitely worth going and eating some excellent food ??
