Great salad that required waiting an unreasonable amount of time for. The employees made no attempt to set expectations about how long it would take, update on the wait time, or apologize at all for the delay. If not for me asking for an update they just would have ignored me indefinitely. Too many other good places to eat in Lancaster for that much weight and hassle for a salad.

My husband and I love Prince street cafe but decided to give cafe one eight a try while visiting lancaster. The service was pleasant and relatively quick, and the place was busy and clean. I ordered the pumpkin spice chai latte but the flavor was so strong I couldn't drink it. They agreed to remake a regular latte which wasn't drinkable unless I added 4 packs of sugar just to cut the bitterness. I ended up giving my drink to my husband. We also ordered the breakfast egg sandwiches and unfortunately they were greasy and flavorless. We both agreed that if they added a spicy mustard or aioli, the sandwiches would be better. Maybe the other items are good but we will most likely stick to Prince Street Cafe where the coffee is amazing.

Absolute great experience. Food was great but the Matcha Latte is the best I’ve had in a while. Really craving for that matcha latte again.

This place is nice, but you need to be careful with allergies. My roommate ordered an acai bowl and specified he has a severe nut allergy, and didn’t find out until it was too late that the granola has almonds. Thankfully he is okay, but this could have gone so so much worse. We’re lucky he didn’t need to use his epipen, PLEASE be a bit more mindful of peoples allergies.

A lot of people talk about this place but after going there I don't really have any interest I got their market fresh, which I thought would be a nice size piece of mozzarella, tomato and vinegar and a thinner piece of toast (I requested no avocado), instead it was the tiniest slice of mozzarella I have ever seen, paper thin tomato, a crap ton of pureed avocado between 2 extremely thick pieces of bread..... It took almost half an hour to come out (my boyfriend's chicken sandwich (Gotham) came out quicker). Sadly, I probably won't go back.

I absolutely enjoy eating at Cafe One Eight the atmosphere and ambience, indoor outdoor seating, as well as a super sweet employees. Oh the menu options can’t forget that. You’ll definitely find something you’d enjoy from breakfast bowls or sandwich and Lunch! The drink options are great. They usually have a specialty written on the board to choose from. In case you’d like to mix it up with a creative creation.

This was a great drop in for a quick lunch on the road. We had the southwest salad and the maple bowl. They were both tasty and healthy (we had our dressings on the side). The shop is small but able to seat several people. Various table heights from mid-tall to cocktail with stools and regular sized tables and a bar in the window. We parked across the street in the garage which was easier than street parking (which is aggressive)! The food arrived quickly. The bathrooms were clean.

During Lancaster visit, stopped in for brunch. My daughter ordered the avocado toast and I ordered the make your own sandwich on a toasted croissant with sausage, feta cheese, tomato and spinach. Both plates were delicious and presented well. The service and the atmosphere were pleasant. Looking forward to our next visit!
