Came here on 3 separate occasions. The first time. I didn't realize they were closed and it said so they were open when I looked their hours up... the next 2 times, I checked before I headed out and got there and they were closed.I'm sitting outside now on a Tuesday at 11:30am. Says they open at 11am.I called the number they have listed and got some prerecorded message about magic jack which has nothing to do with the restaurant.So I guess I'll stick to carribean wave and other places

You want Great Delicous food I live in New York I can not go Lancaster with out going to Restraunt !!!! Great people Owner is great loves to talk to customers comes out talks to you all workers please give it a Try I promise you one thing you will return I come to Lancaster a lot from NY and will not pass them up EVER!!! And I am not Family friends but I am now greattttt people like FAMILY!!!! On My Way from NY see you tomorrow I don’t lie food fantastic!!!!!

I order curry goat, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains!! My husband order fried fish (whiting) dinner and the fish half red and green peppers on top of it!! Food was banging! Will definitely be going back again!

We stopped in this small place just 2 miles of all the new stores in Rohrstown, plenty of parking to the side, a nice covered outside area for when the weather gets nicer, and some tables, booths, and bar seating in what looks like an old bar. There is a warmer for the beef or chicken Jamaican pies that are the best that we've had anywhere outside of the islands. Grab one, eat it, and you'll be on your way in minutes. We also got 2 large j*** chicken, picking the rice and peas as a side-please don't expect green peas, and a cabbage/carrot mix-sauted. The 2 containers weighed a ton with enough meat for 2 meals. Plaintains were sweet from ripeness and not too much from the coating. Remember that the entrees are not fast food drive thru foods so it will take time to prepare them. It's dining, not eating. The lady taking the orders answered any questions if you never had goat, curries, or j*** which had just the right amount of kick to it. What a gem to add to the many ethnic choices in the Lancaster area close to Lowe's and Community Aid, a short trip off of Rt. 30 if you're passing thru the area. Good food takes time to prep, cook, and season correctly.
I ordered Oxtail with side of banana and rice .. The wife ordered J*** Chicken and Jamaican Patties. The jamaican patties werent stuffed with much fillings mostly got crust It was good but could of been better. The J*** Chicken was ok but the texture was like rubber again, Could of been better. I love the oxtails It was very good nice and tender . one of my favorite dishes. However When I ordered The food came out pretty fast. In less than 10 minutes. So I assume It was frozen/pre cooked. I like you guys but please show more love to the cooking. I will visit again soon! 3/5

2 of us entered the restaurant and found a table quickly, as there were no seats taken. A man was standing at the service bar and 2 women were behind the bar. The man looked at us then went back to taking with the women. After 3 minutes or so, once of the women behind the bar picked up 2 menus and looked as if she was going to greet us, but then stopped and went back to talking. A few more minutes went by without any acknowledgement of our presence so we left and got something to eat at another place.

The first time I went to this restaurant I went me and my dad went 3 times in one day just because the food was sooo good we couldn't get enough. I'm from The Bronx so I know good Jamaican food when I taste it and you will definitely find here. Awesome customer service as well and the employees are super fun to talk too
