I had lower than average expectations for this place. However, the burger was good, the kids chicken tenders were ok (kids liked them), the steak tasted better than it looked (but it looked pretty sad for a 21 dollar steak), and the waitress was nice. My real grip is that it took over an hour to get our food and then it came out piece meal; they were not even busy. The kids were frustrated and hungry as 8:30 rolled around. The people in the cafe making coffee were very nice. The cappuccinos were good. The restaurant looked kind of iffy. I did hear people complain about the fruit, the service and when they complained to the manager he didn't seem to care. However we love the cartoon Network. Hotel have been here three times and are coming back next year so can't say enough nice things about the hotel
