Caruso's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

This used to be our FAVORITE place for pizza, boils and subs. The last two times we got salad with half the stuff the menu said it had. Pizza was burned and boil was so wet. We won’t order here anymore

I am from the area of the country where people think Pizza Hut is good pizza. I was raised in an Italian town in NYS. Caruso is good pizza. Being transplanted to TN did not stop my love for good Pizza. Try Carusos. U will like it.

What happened to Caruso's? One rude dude ruined the whole experience.

I used to love getting takeout. Yummy food at the end of a long day. The staff -- often students -- were so personable and polite. The last three times I've called, however, some nasty guy answered the phone and snapped at me for some unknown reason -- every time! If he's at the pick-up window, same deal. My fear is this is the owner, so he can't be fired.

Rude once -- forgiven. Rude twice -- questioned giving them business. Rude THREE times -- never again. A good thing gone bad. Customer service counts!!

After ordering multiple times and the continued mess ups, I had to leave a review. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza w/ extra cheese and pepperoni. As you can see there isn't any pepperoni and as for the cheese? It doesn't even touch the sides of the slice. All the cheese is in the middle. What's extra about that? When calling there is no customer service, they just want to argue about the issue. Their justification for my order being messed up is that they didn't charge me for the pepperoni. Considering that I paid over $11 for 2 slices I expect it to be the way I want it. Maybe instead of rushing through the order, take your time and get it right. As for me I will no longer order from this Caruso's and definitely not recommend it to others. This isn't the first time nor will it be the last screw up.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Long story short, ordered online, they forgot more than half my order blaming that the back kitchen never got my order . More than 30 minutes go by and they bring the forgotten items to my car and take $6 off (after I asked them to reimburse me for the inconvenience as I had 4 hungry kids in the car) bring food home and the wings that were ordered as mild brought tears to my kids eyes as well as my own. Way too spicy and def not mild.

4 cheese pizza was not cooked all the way. Tasted like they drizzled American cheese on top of the pizza.

Only thing that was delicious was the salad.

Sent 2 messages to the business and never heard anything back. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. We ended up throwing the food out.

First time I got food here I used to drive up. Server was friendly and over the phone order taker was great also! You should give it a try

When at Caruso's you can always expect excellent food, friendly staff and a family friendly atmosphere. Can't recommend them enough
