Caruso's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

Food was excellent no complaints there. But, both were supposed to be grinders only 1was. I ordered through the slice app. You have a charge for everything. From the ingredients on our subs to a service charge to a delivery charge and a tip. The delivery driver does nothing to earn a tip. He/she just places the food at the door without even a knock. I specifically requested a knock so I know when my food has arrived. As far as the service fee, why should I pay for you to upgrade your equipment? Again the only thing great was the food, nothing else.

Called and ordered got confirmation on piçk up time when i got there without checking online orders he told me it had to be at the other store i had to go out get my phone and look up order when i went back in to show him he purposely ignored me and helped everyone else before looking at my phone then he checked his computer found order and i had to wait another 15 minutes of my lunch break from work got docked 20 minutes pay cause i was late getting back

Favorite Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak in town (and I’ve had a lot) curly fries are great too. The drive-thru window makes it very VERY convenient and if Carlos is working he is guaranteed to brighten your day. Thank you Carlos!

I definitely would recommend this Carusos. The food is great here. The service is excellent as well and they have great prices.

Nice neighborhood pizza place. Clean sitting area you can see the work going on in the kitchen. Good menu similar to other pizza places, however, the flavor is great. Not overly salty like some other places I've been to.

I got a delivery order through DoorDash. The store forgot a large pepperoni, but then had the audacity asking if I could pick the pizza up. Been here ~10 times. Won’t come back.

Great food and fast service. Xlarge pizza is so filling.

Ordered a tuna sub to go. Got home and no tuna, just lettuce and tomato. Called, then drove back for a replacement. While I did eventally get a tuna sub after they checked the first one to confirm it was indeed missing tuna, there wasn't even a hint of an apology for the inconvenience. Food is okay and a fair price, but lacking customer service. I'll go out of my way to visit Caruso's in Silver Spring.

Service was fantastic. Mistakenly called pickup of our order to the wrong location, but the manager hooked us up and 15-20 minutes later I was walking out the door with our food! Thank you! Food is good, ample portions.

Always one of my favorite spots to eat when I'm home!!

This is a favorite go-to place for my friend that lives close by. I however, think that the pizza is a bit overpriced and a soggy tasteless crust with greasy toppings makes it totally unappealing -- I've had better pizza frozen from a box.
