We come here all the time and there is always an issue…staff seems to always be changing. Today has been the worst experience. No one had idea as to what they were doing. There was a guy who kept making everyone’s food “for here” when we said it was to go. Our food sat for 20 minutes before the girl as the register realized it was sitting there. We also asked for lite lettuce on a sandwich and got no lettuce at all. This is unacceptable. We love Frank but the staff needs to be reevaluated.

I love how they make everything fresh per order including a single pizza slice. Everything tasted amazing and the staff was very friendly and there was a gentleman going around cleaning everything from top to bottom which is always nice to see.
stopped in for a slice and it couldn’t have been more perfect..i’d say philly worthy since i’m from there..and the service was great..generous sized slice too..highly recommend

This place got my attention because of how funny the social media is. I am so glad I came in! The pizza was amazing, it was nice and crispy far exceeded my expectations! Try it out! You won't regret it!

We called our order in for pick up at Caruso's. The guy on the phone was friendly, no problem with the order, the food was OK. The buffalo wings weren't buffalo but fried with the sauce on the side. The sub was pretty good . The pizza was good, but it lacked something. I don't know if it's was because I was visiting. I wasn't used to the flavor profile of the area , but it was just OK to me and my family.

I visited yesterday this pizza shop with my family, including small kids, and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered pizza and fountain drinks, but after paying, I was told they had no straws available. When I asked why they didn't inform me before I paid, the staff became rude and refused to sell me bottled drinks instead-even though they had them in stock. The customer service was unprofessional, and the employee angrily said they didn't want to serve me anymore. It's frustrating to deal with such poor treatment, especially when you're with family. Instead of finding a solution (like offering bottled drinks from the start), they chose to escalate the situation. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place if you expect decent service.
I'm from Dallas Texas and I was visiting Lancaster. My girlfriend took me to Caruso's and I ordered a cheesesteak, pizza and wings and guys I tell you I have never tasted food so good in my 57 years on this earth. And keep in my mind I'm from Dallas Texas and we have a lot of good eateries out this way but Caruso's is unbeatable. If I could rate it 100 I would! I'll be back in October Caruso's to indulge in a little taste of heaven!

They don't practice wearing gloves here at all they touch everything and then touch your food with bare hands young kids not being taught right

Food was cooked, prepared & tasted great!!! Marinara is 1 of the better 1s I’ve had, homemade bread, fresh lettuce, o’s. Seasoning was present!!! Bathrooms need some love & the counter folks while pleasant & asked me how the food was (this is so appreciated) we’re giggling, on phones. There was active cleaning going on which is something you rarely see anywhere anymore.
