Enjoyed the Sunday Brunch. Everything was perfect. We have enjoyed many Sunday brunches from Birthdays to Cousins dinners with larger groups of people. Although this time was just my wife and me we were treated with respect and kindness of our larger groups. Everyone we came in contact with could not have been more helpful. The food offerings are plentiful and delicious. Someone always making sure the food stations are full and there to answer any questions you may have. If by chance you go away hungry it would be your own fault. We could not have been any more pleased with our experience. Plus all we had to do was waddle back up to our room. One of if not the best hotel in Pa. The Eden Resort Inn. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

I don't mind paying those prices but I expect hot foods. Only thing hot was the made to order omelet. Also didn't have the selection as there was in previous years. We were very disappointed.

I had not been in in a few years, and was pleasantly surprised that it is still the best Sunday Brunch in Lancaster. May even be the best in Pennsylvania. It was absolutely incredible, and we can not wait to go again.

We were sat by the waterfall for a table of 8 when we only had 6. It was crowded at the table and very loud and couldn't really hear each others conversation and my 2 years olds back got wet from the splashing in the highchair behind her. The prime rib was too cooked for our liking but great selection of food overall, definitely enough to find to eat.

Dad thoroughly enjoyed this treat with his son! They loved the food and the whole atmosphere.

FATHER'S DAY. HAD TO WAIT FOR COFFEE. HAD TO WAIT TO GET CHECK (TWICE) FOOD WAS BETTER THAN USUAL (LOTS OF CHOICES) AS WE WERE LEAVING THERE WAS A FIRE ALARM IN THE BUILDING THAT REQUIRED EVACUATION OF THE BUFFET AREA (GUEST WERE STILL EATING). THIS DID NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEM FOR ME GETTING TO MY CAR AND LEAVING OTHER THAN THE NOISE LEVEL. STAFF WORKS HARD TO KEEP UP AND ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. LIVE PIANO MUSIC VERY NICE (NO ONE WAS SINGING ALONG THO).

The food was good, the service excellent. I was disappointed that there weren't a variety of cakes & local pies for dessert Overall it was a nice experience.

First time here and I could have sat here for hours and admired the decor, music, and atmosphere. The food was so good and there was so much variety! Thank you Eden for a great experience!

We waited about 15 minutes after our reservation to be seated, but our service was good and the food was excellent. Will definitely be back!

This place is an absolute waste of money. For the price you could get comparable meat and accompaniments and make it at home at a fraction of the cost, and it would be a full serving and most definitely have flavor. Don’t waste your money here. They obviously usher people in and hope they’re ok with mediocre food and service.

Considering its buffet style the service was still much to be desired. We received our first round of drinks, and after that our server couldn’t be found. We had to flag down a server waiting on other tables to get us refills.

One last thing, when someone calls your establishment with questions regarding a credit card charge two different times, once being sent to the food and beverage director, and the second time to the hotel manager, you would think that would warrant a call back. Two voicemails, two different “Managers,” and never a return call. That’s absolutely ridiculous for 40 dollars a head and spending almost 400 dollars for 7 people to eat “brunch.”

This place is a joke, and anyone considering coming should read most of the current reviews, they pretty much all sum up the state of this dumpster fire!

I never give reviews for anything, but this was the biggest waste of money and I am so disappointed. The food was awful. Unless you’re a geriatric Caucasian, this food is not made for you. Everything looked great but tasted like cardboard and/or dirt. Plus the ONE “complimentary” drink you get, (it’s almost $90 for two people, so there’s nothing “complimentary” about one glass of prosecco, when the bottle probably cost them less than $16) was warm. Who wants to drink a WARM glass of champagne? Or a warm mimosa? Bleh. It was so bad, for the price I paid we could’ve gone somewhere with actual good food and gotten a bottle of prosecco for the price we paid for this heaping pile of hot garbage. The service wasn’t bad but it’s a buffet, so there really isn’t “service” other than filling your waters, so I can’t say much about that. Still tipped 20% because it’s not their fault this place is wretched. 0/10. Just go to Golden Corral if you want terrible buffet food, at least there you get what you pay for.

Very disappointed in their lack of organization, communication or accountability it seems. Added guests to my reservation days prior and upon arriving for brunch they couldn’t find my updated table reservation and the manager insisted I never called or spoke to her and made it seem I was a liar. It put a bad taste in my mouth and ruined my first time here for brunch with me and my family. Hopefully they can improve their communications with each other and work on accountability when they make a mistake.
