The lemon pepper rub is barely there, you can’t even taste it and they just sprinkle it on pre-breaded chicken. The food is hot which is good, and the service is fast. We asked for ranch with the food, didn’t get it, and when we went back up for it we paid 64 cents for it! Ridiculous, we asked for ranch at the time of ordering which the cashier said ok. Otherwise fine, but the taste of the lemon pepper was non existent which is what we ordered.

Orders a philly steak. Bailey and meat and did not put on the ingredients that come with it. Also, ordered a $2.49 chocolate chunk cookie that was forgotten with my order as well. When I went back up was handed an Oreo. Then went to say something about it, was told to simmer down. Very rude and arrogant service.

They even lucky I have a 1 star but to be honest if I can review without giving any starts I’ll give a 0 the wings don’t taste like flavor the fires taste nasty to like I don’t understand try my hardest to eat but couldn’t it nasty

I ordered a number 2 combo. After getting my receipt it only showed just the sandwich. When I asked the cashier if it came with fries and drink he rudely said “not if you didn’t ask for it” I then said well I ordered the combo which comes with fries and a drink. He then rung me up for fries and drink so I ended up paying about $2 more than I would’ve for the combo. The food was good, but service was definitely not.

I ordered a pilly cheese steak fried onions peppers mushrooms lettuce
Received very little steak and cheese, no onions no peppers no mushrooms
All I could real taste was the bread and lettuce
Ordered drinks no ice ,he put ice in the drinks
Male cashier had a attitude

My boyfriend got a Philly CheeseSteak, and he loves it, and the French Fries were delicious.

Came here Wednesday evening. Cashier was not very friendly. I thought my chicken cheesesteak would come with fries since they have a special for it. After paying I realized I messed up and probably had to specify I wanted the fries. I asked him if it came with fries and he rudely said no and walked away. I wanted to add fries to my order but he clearly didn’t want me to so I let it go. Took a bite out of my cheesesteak and couldn’t even eat it, it was so dry and just didn’t taste good.

We stopped at the ParkCity location got the chicken cheesesteak and fries igave five stars in all 3 categories I will stop again.

The meat Dosen’t taste very good here . I work at park city, and I often times attempt to atleast try them every once in awhile. It’s almost like the employees are against good customer service or even able to CRACK a smile and be polite …. It’s like it’s almost their job to push people away and not make people feel good about placing orders, giving good service and being attentive. I get it . Lots of orders ? but that’s my fault ? That’s OTHER peoples fault? Bad attitudes will drive people away and by the looks of these comments do better and get some better meat. Overpriced as hell .

AVOID THIS PLACEWe visit this place mostly and today it was horrible experience zero customer services zero food quality. It just a waste of money…….

Vegetarian options: No option the service man was throwing some things from far and and the chef was saying don’t do that which was crazy

I ordered delivery. The food was disappointing. Some buns slapped with some meat, could have gotten better quality buying the ingredients at a supermarket. My friends and I actually had to dig through to find any evidence of cheese. Lol I also got 4 mozeralla stick at a price I could have purchased a lot more. Quality horrible, way overpriced for what you get for. Save your money. And Don't order from this business.
