Came here Wednesday evening. Cashier was not very friendly. I thought my chicken cheesesteak would come with fries since they have a special for it. After paying I realized I messed up and probably had to specify I wanted the fries. I asked him if it came with fries and he rudely said no and walked away. I wanted to add fries to my order but he clearly didn’t want me to so I let it go. Took a bite out of my cheesesteak and couldn’t even eat it, it was so dry and just didn’t taste good.

The meat Dosen’t taste very good here . I work at park city, and I often times attempt to atleast try them every once in awhile. It’s almost like the employees are against good customer service or even able to CRACK a smile and be polite …. It’s like it’s almost their job to push people away and not make people feel good about placing orders, giving good service and being attentive. I get it . Lots of orders ? but that’s my fault ? That’s OTHER peoples fault? Bad attitudes will drive people away and by the looks of these comments do better and get some better meat. Overpriced as hell .

AVOID THIS PLACEWe visit this place mostly and today it was horrible experience zero customer services zero food quality. It just a waste of money…….Vegetarian options: No option the service man was throwing some things from far and and the chef was saying don’t do that which was crazy
I ordered delivery. The food was disappointing. Some buns slapped with some meat, could have gotten better quality buying the ingredients at a supermarket. My friends and I actually had to dig through to find any evidence of cheese. Lol I also got 4 mozeralla stick at a price I could have purchased a lot more. Quality horrible, way overpriced for what you get for. Save your money. And Don't order from this business.

I ate at this Charley’s location and have to say I was highly impressed the young man who took my order I think his name was Jim, he was prompt and helpful with any questions I needed answered.The food was perfectly cooked and one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever eaten. The whole crew would get a thumbs up from me. Only problem was the short guy who forgot my fries and called out the wrong number.

AVOID THIS PLACEI was working at this place for 3 days and I had to quit because the owners have a really bad attitude with the employees. After I quit I went to this restaurant to return my uniform and to take money, the owner gave me less money than we agreed on ( we agreed on $14 per hour but the money he gave me is $10 per hour ).And here’s some aggressive facts about those owners and restaurant⁃ they try to scam customers as much as they can. You order a medium sub and they charge you for larger sub⁃ They also put less meat in the subs⁃ They also smoke in the kitchenI used to work at this place a while ago with the previous owner and everything was different and way better than those owners.
