1 star review for the food quality. I got purple and pink chicken! Apparently, they no longer use chicken without antibiotics and their quality is no different than dairy queen now.. gross, won't ever go back..

Driving from DC to Phillie (using the long road to see the Amish) we stopped in this Chick-fill-A we really enjoyed it! The staff was very pleasant and nice, the food really good, so really happy with this stopover.

Went through the drive thru and when I saw the line, I figured it would take a while. However, they had multiple workers outside in the rain taking orders and once ordered, they came back out and delivered my food as I was in line so you don't have to wait until you get to the window. I was in and out in 5 minutes which was super impressive. They were really on it during lunch hour and made sure to keep the line moving which was great. I've worked in customer service my whole life so I can appreciate when a business is working hard like that!

Had a quick date night at this location. Service was quick and the staff was courteous and friendly. We sat in the dining room and our food came out right away. One of the staff members even cleared our table for us. Drive-thru was packed as always and the dining room was bustling. All in all a great experience.

Small portions of chicken that were greasy and rubbery. Asked for extra pickles and got 2 total on my sandwich. Same small peice of chicken on my wifes sandwich. Staff were not attending to the over flowing trash or line of customers asking for a simple sauce. I will not be returning to this chicfila, it's a poorly run store.
I was just at this location 12/7 for breakfast. The very best breakfast food around. Always hot always fresh. Staff is always so courteous and trained amazingly. While sitting in drive thru I noticed a cow walking around inside greeting people. When an associate brought me part of my order, I said oh I wish he was out here. She quickly said let me see if he can come out. Within minutes here comes this cow character clomping out just like a cow does where they bring your food to your car. He was so real and funny. Grooving and dancing along the side of my truck. I am so impressed with this location. My niece worked there the past two summers and she was trained so well. I still remember her mom saying Maddie responded "my pleasure" when I said thank you to her for doing something at home. Again your training and choice of employees are top notch. Keep up the great job. You will always have my business. And your ice...well I always get a bag while there. I don't know what it is but it is just unreal. Love it. Thank you for giving the folks in Lancaster County this location on Fruitville to go to eat quality well prepared and served well to each customer. Corinna Markley
As you know every Chick-fil-A you go to has the same good quality. This Chick-fil-A here is like every other one. Super busy but yet the staff is able to handle the situation and keep very calm while doing it. Every with every Chick-fil-A you go to you always get a hot meal. This is no difference here and you'll definitely be served a consistent meal like you would see at every other Chick-fil-A. Therefore, you would not be disappointed coming here. It is the same great place and the same great quality no matter where we are.

The manager was very rude at this establishment. I went at 9:30am to get some waffle fries and I was told to wait till 10am.I sat in my car and waited till until 9:59…I went back into the store.They still said I would have to wait one min to make a order just for a small waffle fries.. Ridiculous!!!!
Very busy as are all chic-fil-a's but service was fast. Made food time in and out.
