“Me and my wife stopped by on 7-29-25, approximately 3:30pm. We were greeted warmly by staff. Very clean environment. Had to wait a few minutes for spicy chicken, not a problem. As me and my wife sat, a nice gentleman brought our order to us. We are visiting from Chicago. This amazing customer service is rare, especially in the fast food industry. Very pleasant experience.“

“I am a recent customer of the 2065 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, PA restaurant. I would like to give praise to the quality of service, as well as the high quality in food.
As someone who frequently stutters, our waitress, Maddie, had been patient and courteous to adjust my order(s) if I needed anything additional or to adjust an order.
The manager, Melissa, frequently checked on my group to see if our experience met the quality assurance of our orders. A standard above any service I encountered was met. I would definitely bring a family or friends to experience an excellent quality of service.“

“I have eaten here many of times. The food is always so good. I got two pizza's last night and it was really hard to eat because it had a burnt taste to it. I had gotten two pizza's and they both tasted the same. A little disappointing being I have always had great pizza from here. The burnt taste for me was so bad. Felt like I wasted $40 on pizza. I still give 4 stars because of past experiences.“
