They really went down in quality tonight. The fried rice was mushy and so was the lo mein. Food was pretty bland. Worst chinese food I ever had. I wasted $60, I wrote this, so you don’t have to.

They used to have great food. That has changed. Crab Rangoons tasted sour, were not edible. General Tso chicken was tough and stringy. Won't come back again. Very disappointed.

If I could rate zero I would. I almost debated not coming to pick up the food I just ordered but I might as well Since I WANT IT. I just had the worst service over the phone ever. How was I supposed to know my order was placed, how long it will take, ect. if the call is ended with okay after I said the ordered I wanted. I responded with” yes that is all” for an “okay” and hung up. Will never be coming back, that is laughable.

Placed a $90 door dash order and was there to get the bag immediately after drop off, everything was fine except we were missing one meal, general tso’s. Call back to politely inform them, and they proceeded to gaslight us by saying it was in fact packed when the bag was sealed completely upon drop off. He then hung up the phone? Extreme disappointment for a large order customer. That’s not how you handle things as a business owner for paying customers. Do better.
My general tso literally looks like slop was poured on top.

Used grubhub for delivery first order that came was wrong. Got a refund. Ordered the same thing again (new order though) they held on to the the Old order and sent the old order food was COLD 🥶 I know it sat for at least 45 min till the new driver came to pick up the food.
