We are not from the area. We went here since they were rated # 1 for chinese take out food. The reviews were telling the truth! Excellent service, reasonable prices, and amazing chinese food. Treat yourself you will not be disappointed!

This place does not get enough love on here, so writing this review which I should have done years ago. I've been visiting Lancaster for the last 14ish years and always look forward to getting chinas best. It is the best (American) Chinese food place I've ever had and try to explain to others how good it is. I've lived all over the US and consider Chinese food to be my favorite type of food. Big portions, vibrant flavors, consistency, etc... to the naked eye it's a hole in the wall, but the food speaks for itself. Calendar at the end of the year is also elite. Until I have something better, chinas best is the best and it's not particularly close.

I have been searching for a good chinese american resturant ever since Yangs in Lancaster closed. I ordered take out from Chinas's Best the 2 employees (I assume the owners) behind the counter were extremely polite the resturant looked Very clean. I had ordered General Tso's Chucken and the Mongolian Beef The General Tso's Chicken was good but they should have named the Beef dish Mongolian Onions if there were 4 pieces of beef in the dish it was a lot. For the price I will keep looking I was really hoping it would have been much bet

This is a as expected Americanized Chinese food restaurant. The walls, menus and general decor all scream Chinese food for the masses. Food was good, nothing to fight home about but good enough to return. It's a good amount of food as all Chinese food promises. Spring roll with lunch menu is small. Service is quick and friendly

Happy Family,Egg Fu Young, and the noodles dishes are my all-time favorites and I have been a customer for fifteen years. China is fast, dependable and has a standard of goodness , I can rely on every time, it's my go to takeout, with a remarkable amount of food. Never disappointed....
