I ordered shrimp egg foo young, and one order of crab wonton, the food was disgusting, no seasoning bitter in my mouth the crab wonton, was sloppy with a bad taste, I wouldn't recommend!

Ordered chicken wings, house special Fried rice, and cheese wontons and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The wings were tiny, more like bird knees than anything you’d want to eat. The fried rice was soggy and tasteless, like it gave up halfway through cooking. And the cheese wontons? They tasted old, like they’d been reheated from last week’s leftovers. Nothing was fresh, nothing was flavorful. Just a disappointing meal all around. Definitely not coming back.

I asked for rib tips with French fries. They gave me bbq. I said no they changed it before I left. When I went home my fries were drenched in this sauce. Soggy French fries. The food is delicious but you guys gotta do better. A bit disappointed bcus this is my go to Chinese food. I doubt I’ll order from here again.

They have bad Customer service they ask for tips more then one when you say no the guy snatches the receipt disrespectfully.beside the food is great jus poor customer service.

Please go back to the original boneless spare ribs cause what the heck are these. They have been terrible since probably 2020 so please go back to how they used to be back in like 2017-2018. They look different, they taste weird, the color is different, they are so dry now. This used to be my favorite Chinese spot since i was a little girl and now i barely like it.

I had to call back three times to get my order and each time I had to repeat my self multiple time, the food got here faster then expected which is good but found hair in my food I know it wasn’t anyone in my house because it was black and straight, everyone in my house has curly brown hair.

Been ordering there for awhile and everything was good. This evening as per always I asked to speak with the manager as any notes need to go through a manager to be applied to the order. The lady asked me why I would not let me speak with him. I told her why, and she said oh he will have to call you back. I said I shouldn’t have to repeat myself multiple times in order to get my order correctly. The gentleman called me back and I was speaking with him got upset and he hung up the phone. This is terrible customer service.

I got the boneless ribs combo platter. I asked for white rice and gave me fried rice instead which is whatever but the rice tasted like dishwater. The peas and carrots were hard and the food did not taste great at all. It was very hard to eat. My food even came a little burnt! This was my first time trying this place and I’m never coming back..

Been going here for at least 15 years, this place gets worse and worse each time I go, I’m pretty sure they pre cook the chicken then recook it, it’s actually terrible.

Absolutely horrible the girl at the counter threw sauce packets at me when i asked for extra food is d rated at best the owner didnt even apologize for his employees bad actions and she cursed at me as i left
