This place is the worst chipolte i have ever been at. To start i asked for white rice and the lady only wanted to give me a half of a scoop of rice. Then she only wanted to give me half a scoop of beans to. Now it was time for them to wrap my burrito, they don’t know how to rap a burrito either. The tortilla was all split even though they barely gave me any portions of what i asked for. They should go back to training or find another job bc if you can not wrap a burrito at chipolte, you should not be there. Simple job and they can’t even do it.

This location isn’t great. I’ve been burned twice now. Recently, I ordered pickup and they completely left out my quesadilla but gave me everything else. Here again today, they aren’t open yet when they’re supposed to be and I am just sitting out front waiting to get in and grab my order. I’ll be driving to a further chipotle from now on or just going somewhere else.

Honestly I accidentally ordered from here today instead of the one closest to me. I ordered extra steak and black beans and got a crap ton of rice. You pay extra for extra steak but this is not extra steak….

Out of drinks on a hot day.
Chipotle, as a concept, is a wonderful restaurant. In reality, though, this particular location is a bit of a disaster.
The food looks and tastes fine -- clean enough work stations, fresh enough ingredients, tasty enough food.
The atmosphere is the same as every other Chipotle -- ambient music, the buzz of workers and customers, mostly clean dining area.
The main issue is -- and has been for years -- the service. This location is notoriously slow. Worse yet, the staff is not very personable or eager to move things along. I don't mind waiting for good food, and if the staff makes my experience with them enjoyable, it makes any delay seem negligible. Whenever I come to this location -- which isn't very often due to many previous disappointments -- I am a bit ashamed of myself for giving it another chance, as well as bit surprised they are still open.
To wit: I arrived at 5:15 pm on a Tuesday. Four people were ahead of me in line. I waited 30 minutes to put in my order, and another 15 just for a cashier to come over and take my payment. There were people waiting for takeout that had been there since 4:30. One employee took orders. One cooked meat. Another prepared to-go items for people that weren't even there. No one was taking payment. Orders piled up, and no one could leave.
Finally, one customer asked who was actually going to give us our food and take our money so we could leave. The employees all exchanged looks, but no one jumped into action. After a few minutes, one worker reluctant took off her gloves and took one payment before returning to her station. No personality, no apologies, no attempts to explain the delay.
Here's my call to action: stop giving this location your business. As long as we keep coming back, they will continue to limp along. This is unfair to us as customers, and unfair to the countless better dining options in the area that lose business to this location. There are a LOT of good places to eat around here. I have seen many wonderful restaurants come and go in the time that this Chipotle has existed. It seems a crime to keep this underperforming franchise afloat when there are much more deserving eateries that provide better food, service, and atmosphere than this place that is coasting on brand recognition.
TLDR: Don't eat here. Go to Silantra, just down the road, and enjoy fast, flavorful food, served by friendly staff in a bright, clean space.

Your average fast food experience. The employees seem like they don't want to be their as much as you so can't complain their, if you're looking for a smile and cheerful greeting, go somewhere else. But if you're looking to get your food and be out of there in 4 minutes with minimal human interaction, this is your place. The sitting area seems clean but is usually busy, and the atmosphere is a little lacking. I suggest getting your food and eating at the park nearby instead

Ordered online for a pick up order, waited an extra 20 minutes after when we were told the order would be ready. Got the food home to find a suprise. The quesadilla we ordered had cheese on 1/4, meat on another 1/4, and didn't receive the other half. The kids' tacos we ordered with hard shells didn't come with any shells. The guacamole that was on the burrito bowl was a lovely brown color. We understand it can get busy, but come on. I just expect to get what I order, and when im told it'll be ready, I would like it to be close to that time.

I have food delivered and it has taken over an hour after the expected delivery time for my food to arrive. I am very disappointed.

Food good but portions not big enough and usually super dirty
This is the second time in a couple weeks I have waited over 20 minutes while ONE PERSON is on the line making food. This place has actually become laughably bad.

The store closed at 11. I arrived at 11:03. Despite the door being unlocked, I walked in with doordash order on my phone screen. The guy behind the counter continued to repeat himself, stating that the store was closed. I apologized and said I understood and explained that the order had already been made and just needed to grab it...10 seconds at most. He continued to just loudly repeat that "the store was closed." I again stated that the food was already made, and this wasn't a new order. Again, repeatedly with "the store is closed." I asked if he had the order, and he stated...yeap you guessed it...store is closed. I asked where the order was...store is closed. I asked if he threw it away, and he said, "Yes, the store is closed." All of this could have been avoided by being professional and stating, "Hey, I'm sorry, but the store closed, and we threw away the order." Simple and professional. I relayed all of this to Door Dash so the customer could be refunded. They said they would be submitting a complaint against the restaurant for being rude and unprofessional.
