I have food delivered and it has taken over an hour after the expected delivery time for my food to arrive. I am very disappointed.

This is the second time in a couple weeks I have waited over 20 minutes while ONE PERSON is on the line making food. This place has actually become laughably bad.

The store closed at 11. I arrived at 11:03. Despite the door being unlocked, I walked in with doordash order on my phone screen. The guy behind the counter continued to repeat himself, stating that the store was closed. I apologized and said I understood and explained that the order had already been made and just needed to grab it...10 seconds at most. He continued to just loudly repeat that "the store was closed." I again stated that the food was already made, and this wasn't a new order. Again, repeatedly with "the store is closed." I asked if he had the order, and he stated...yeap you guessed it...store is closed. I asked where the order was...store is closed. I asked if he threw it away, and he said, "Yes, the store is closed." All of this could have been avoided by being professional and stating, "Hey, I'm sorry, but the store closed, and we threw away the order." Simple and professional. I relayed all of this to Door Dash so the customer could be refunded. They said they would be submitting a complaint against the restaurant for being rude and unprofessional.

This post is an absolute last resort. Either hire new management or close the place down. My family and I eat dinner every few months and hope things will improve, but walk away disappointed every time. Dirty tables, menu items not being available, the employees are rude and unprofessional. By far the worst Chipotle/take out experience to date.

I have no idea what happened to this location. A few years ago, it felt like a great place with good service. Now you end up waiting for mobile orders for 30+ minutes just for them to sometimes put them on their prep table and not even bother to call your name. God forbid anyone here have any sense of urgency or care in the slightest. Not only is the service awful, I don't think I've walked in here once in the past year and found the tables to be not covered in crumbs and junk. This place seriously needs entirely new staff and management. What a shame.
The staff were AMAZING and helpful! Chipotle chicken is now dry and rubbery. The previous chicken supplier offered better cuts of chicken. Love your hot sauce!

I've been a loyal customer of Chipotle for a long time, but I am constantly disappointed by their inability to remember the salad dressing for my salad. Over a dozen times, I've ordered a salad and found that the dressing was missing. It's not just me either; I've spoken to several other customers who have experienced the same issue. It's frustrating and makes me wonder why such a simple task is so frequently overlooked. It seems like a basic level of competence should include ensuring all parts of an order are included, especially something as simple as salad dressing. Train your employees better, or if you don’t have the item take it off the menu.

The Fruitville Pike Chipotle in Lancaster, PA has hit an all time low. I visited there last night around 7 pm and my family decided we are NOT going back. The tables, seats, and trash cans were dirty (not the first time we’ve seen that), they were out of brown rice, peppers & onions, vinaigrette dressing, guacamole, and the newer type of beef. Additionally, the servers did not care. Not once did they apologize on being out of something and they were NOT pleasant. The saving grace of last night’s visit was that the chicken was hot (and that is the only reason I awarded an overall 2 stars rather than one). The owner of this location needs to step up to the plate and correct the attitudes of the employees, or this Chipotle will not last. Sad situation.

Badly wishing there were more chipotles in the area.. I’ve been a weekly chipotle regular for a long time and came here a few times after moving to the area. Every single time I’ve come here they’re out of almost all protein options, no fajitas, rice and the whole line has to wait for more to be made. I don’t blame the staff because they seem exhausted, it seems like poor management and not enough employees supporting the grill person. Today was the last time I’ll be visiting this location out of pure disappointment. Sad but I’ll have to switch to another fast casual place nearby like Cava or Cilantra!
