Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered pork & carnecasada burtitos. All fresh ingredients made to order perfectly. When I tried to pay my tab I realized I had forgotten my wallet. The staff gave me the burritos for free !

Understaffed for a busy Friday night. No acknowledgment but food shoved into my car window and no opportunity to ask for plastic utensils. The person just left and nobody came back. Poor service and while I’m sure they were stressed, they were rude.

Horrid. Don’t order online. They will intentionally cut your order in half. Ridiculous.

Oh- and they also won’t make it right. The automated bot will shrug its shoulders say “we’ll let them now”

Customer service is horrible. Show some respect for your customers.

Staff is very rude. No compassion towards the senior citizens nor kids. Please train your staff. Don't let your bad on customers. Take a day off.

Worst customer service.. They been very disrespectful to my kids. Never disrespect a kid. And stop cursing at the customers. If you have a bad day take a day off. will never come here again. So why I'm leaving a review of this is simply to educate the managers. Whoever is in charge of all the teenagers, need to teach them how to be more respectful of the customer and also have apparently some common sense.

I honestly rarely ever leave bad reviews, but after making an order for seven people at chipotle this was by far the worst chipotle service I’ve ever gotten. Most of the bowls were halfway filled and some of them were even missing essentials like meat and queso that we paid for. You definitely don’t want to go here for your chipotle orders

They could do better. It's high price and they skip on helping of rice and meat

Overall, this was my go-to for my son. He loves him some Chipotle! But this location is lacking tremendously. They do not have some of the ingredients or tend to refill on making them when it is too early in the day to be running out of ingredients! The portions are ridiculously small. I had picked up an order, and the food was Luke warm or missing something. Was not informed about the things missing either. Then, when going inside, I sure did go inside and order because of the skimping they will do on pre-order. Don't get me started on the Customer Service or lack of any per say. I told my son we would be going to try Moe's next time!

I never leave bad reviews and it’s tough for me bc I have eaten chipotle (Pulaski highway location) most days of the week for the past few months but after yesterday I don’t think I’ll ever be back. Had a chicken bowl which is usually amazing but I had the worst food poisoning from it last night I could barely get out of bed. I’m not sure what else it could have been from because about 30 minutes after eating the bowl I started getting nauseous, chills, weaknesss and felt like I was getting a fever and I NEVER get sick. Feeling a little bit better today but my stomach is still in some pain. The service is amazing and the people who work here are great but after last night I don’t think I’ll ever be back unfortunately.

I’ve went to this location and never had a bad experience, the food is amazing and the staff are courteous but also move the line through at a good pace, and I’ve ordered through the app already and there drive through is very polite and efficient

Like what is this? I don’t know if this is just a one off (I’m from out of town) but I’m used to my bowl being full full. To pay this price and not even get a good amount is depressing.
