Not sure who works the 2nd shift. Went here at 9pm 4/1/24 pre-ordered and pre-paid. Attitude from both staff and didn't want to wait on me.Unspoken rule of society: If you already ordered and paid online you should be taken care of in a timely manner. You wouldn't wait in the order line.I went right to the cash register making my presence known. Going in, I was under the impression where the big sign that says, PICK UP SHELF, would have my food. But it was done and sitting in the back. One girl was making their only other customer a burrito while the other walked pass me to change the trash. I was pretty clearly there to pick up an online order. Now I'll give the benefit of the doubt there was only 1 customer BUT I urge you to look back at the "Unspoken rule of society". Imagine there was a long line, would I be expected to wait in line forever to just get to the counter and say "I'm here to pick up a paid online order."Conclusion: put the paid food on the pick up shelf. There should not be any interaction. What if I was picking up a door dash?Poor attitudes from the 2 girls and all around awful experience just to pick up a paid online order ?

Employees and I literally mean almost all of them act rude like they don't want to be there. They make ordering stressful because of how they don't allow you but a second to make a decision and it's Everytime not a coincidence. I literally can't think of another restaurant that's like this fortunately.

Can someone please competently work the in-store food service line. All employees avoid it and act like they’re busy doing something more important. For the love of god can we get more protein. Serving sizes for protein are for toddlers. Lastly clean the inside, almost alway dirty.

Chipotle really needs to start setting standards for there stores. Every time I go here I feel like I’m doing the employees a disservice. Constantly has some sort of an attitude giving the smallest portions of protein.. I try to be as nice as possible and am just looking for a decent size meal for a decent price. I legitimately feel like I have to do double chicken and even then I feel like they go out of their way to make the two scoops smaller than usual. I am not the type to post reviews but my goodness. Do better!

One of the best chipotles I’ve ever been to (been to 10+ across PA, NY, NJ in the last 12 years). Employees are very nice, portions are adequate, consistently good tasting food, never out of any ingredients, and tables are wiped down frequently. This location reminds me of my firstChipotle experience 12 years ago, which was great.

12:15 lunch take out, no grilled veggies but store opened at 10 so all items should have been ready. Worker said oh, the veggies were being cut now and wouldn't be ready for a long time. Place unprepared to serve lunch. Salad to go was extremely small. Very disgusted with veggie salad lunch. Will not ever return to this Chipotle.

Don’t order delivery from this chipotle I’ve ordered twice so far and it wasn’t what I asked for if you ask for extra or even pay for extra you won’t receive it!

Don't go anywhere near closing time. They close at 9, walked in a 8:15. They are obviously cleaning up for the night and in no way trying to serve anymore. They claim they were out of carne asada, salad, salad dressing, and white rice. The woman preparing behind the counter had four tubs of white rice that they claim was "for tomorrow" Love Chipotle but this was a terrible experience!

They're very light handed when it comes to putting ingredients on your bowl.

Love the food, the staff was really unprofessional and were arguing about who was going to come up and help me as I awkwardly stood waiting for someone.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I've ordered from this location over the span of 3 years and almost every time was negative apart from a few solid marks.-You never know what you're going to get as far as ingredient proportions. One day you might get a huge glob of tomatoes and sour cream, other times you get a pound of rice with no cheese. They can't even wrap a burrito if their life depended on it.- I've gotten sick on two separate occasions immediately after I had the burrito.- My first 2 orders ever was a family order where we each got double meat. There was less meat than a normal burrito on all of them. I dropped 60 dollars on that order and drove all the way back to the location. I explained to the manager the situation and not only did he not have any empathy whatsoever, he actually took an opposing stance to the obvious subpar food that was produced. He literally offered no solution whatsoever and just made a bunch of excuses. I walked away from that feeling like he was trying to say that it was somehow my fault even though the ordering was absolutely correct. He was rude and was totally oblivious to the problems in his kitchen.- Their location was understaffed last year for a looong time making waits horrible. They had a help wanted sign up for a while. They were also understaffed during the pandemic but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Regardless, it's a bad sign. When you have a manager that just gives customers the cold shoulder and you have several mounting reviews giving you a 2.7 star rating on Google, I believe corporate intervention is necessary to turn this location around. This is such a poor quality experience for the price point they're demanding. Getting sick from their food and inconsistent portion ingredients tells me there's no standards or discipline in that kitchen. That manager is a joke reminiscent of a Kitchen Nightmares episode. Completely oblivious of the issues and too prideful to accept feedback. I think this location needs a fresh start.I would hope that Chipotle corporate does read this review. This is a review spanning from 3 years of order experiences. I love the Chipotle franchise and its a shame to have a location run with such low standards and having an excellent ingredient lineup be butchered by poorly trained/skilled labor. Sorry for the long review but like I said, it's been a long time coming!

When I walked in I asked if they had brown rice with out cilantro. The gentle man said they did. With out informing me they did not have brown rice he said it’s white rice w/ out cilantro and if it’s okay if I have that. I said sure even though I really wanted brown rice. When it came to adding extra toppings. I wanted to add guacamole. Looking at the guacamole it was all brown. So I said “do you have fresh guacamole“ the guy said they did as he’s mixing the brown with green trying to make it look more presentable. They pulled out “fresh” guacamole from the fridge and it was all brown. As for the atmosphere of the place it was okay but could of been better.
