This place in some ways changed compared to how it was in the 90's. The jungle gym was removed years ago for sanitary and safety reason. So I understand why it was removed. There are not as many games to play either. When we were just there at least the games were working and they have someone who knows how to repair them working on ones as they broke down. I like the fact they offer a game pass with a time limit and you can play as many games as you can within that time. I'd recommend this game play option when it's less busy. Their pizza is also pretty good. This is something that has improved since the 90's when they first came around. One thing I wish they could do is go back to the back to back arcade style setup. Leaving enough room to work on the units of coarse. And maybe expand some to have more seating. When there are a lot of people all the booths are full and the tables are reserved for parties. But over all it's an ok place for the money.

It's ok place with lots of arcade games. Not reccomend for 9+. I hope they add entertaining items like "Go Bananas"

A little upset that they took out the playhouse... We went the other day just for our 2 year old to let out some energy but when we got there we noticed that they re did the whole area which don't get me wrong looks amazing, but it's now more geared to older kids and when I say older I mean 7-8 years old and up. Just my opinion

Has a great time playing here with my son. Got an hour play pass and he had a great time. He loved the shows and we also got a pizza. He's 3 and a half and enjoyed it a ton.

Brought my child here to attend a friends birthday party. The kids had a blast and I even had a bit of fun myself. Plenty of games for kids of all ages to enjoy. Pizza was pretty good too! The change to game cards instead of tokens was a welcome one. Staff had the tables reserved for the birthday party (One of many going on). The custom stamp for parents and children to ensure that only the parents of the child can leave with your child was very cool as well.

I love this place. All the employees are kind, professional and try to make the best experience possible for your kids. Even though this location is smaller than other locations such as the one in reading, it's still better in my opinion. The store is always clean. Pizza is fresh, drinks are fully stocked. Employees seem well cut and don't goof around. I highly recommend this place. The manager in charge of this place is excellent too.

took our granddaughter for her birthday last night and was very disappointed. chuck e never came out until we went up and asked why he hadnt been out they had someone dress in the costume and they literally came out stood at the table for a min and went back in and changed they didnt even go around to any other kids. Then we ordered her a cake because the one they had on display was decent looking but what was brought out was nothing like it. They seemed like none of them wanted to be at work. Next time well be going to a different one hopefully it will be a better experience than here

Had my son's birthday party here on a Sunday before they actually opened to the public and they were amazing! The kids had a great time being able to play without a crowd and even when they opened the staff was great at making sure we had what we needed! Will definitely be going back!

My 3 year old son loves to crowd surf and mosh at the progressive death metal concerts put on by the giant robotic Chuck E. Cheese mouse puppet and his animatronic bandmates. He says they are in the same league as Dream Theater and Born of Osiris in terms of composition and technical skill (I must agree!). Also, your child will smell like a sweaty rubber clown shoe drenched in pizza grease for about a month after visiting here. Highly recommended!

Chuck E. Cheese on Valley central way Lacaster, CA. Worst experience ever. Horrible costumer service! Including from Corporate aswell. After first complain and trying to do a follow up. Can even contact them because they forward your calls. Its seems Corporate works out of their living rooms. Rude employees with horrible costumer service. (0 )

Every review I read was a bit mixed but I never been there before and I took my two year old son and we had an absolute blast. Loved it. Cant beat that for the price! And the memories from when I was a kid 30 years ago lol

My kids love this place. It's kept clean but the ticket prizes are not that great considering the cost of everything.
