I went to get cinnamon buns to have for Christmas morning. They were out of the regular size Cinnabon so I had to get minis. They charged me over $8 more for 6 minis than what 9 regular would have cost. They said it was because they ran out of the big boxes and had to use more little boxes. That's not my problem! My son tried to argue but it was too crowded and the staff didn't seem to care.

Went in there on Christmas Eve, and it was a mess, only 1 register was open at the time. Waited in line for approximately 15 minutes with about 3 other people in line. When another coworker opened the second register, he took the last person in line, instead of taking the next person which was me. When I told him he got nasty and started saying well I took this customer. When I got to the front of the line I asked to speak with the manager, she was busy talking to other employees who were not working, without helping the front counter. The employees working the front counter just kept telling me to leave.!! They don’t need my business.! I could go someplace else. This manager was dressed a Rudolph the red nosed reindeer.! When she came over she was mad at me, I explained what happened. She looked at me with disgust and said “what do you want” no I’m sorry, no nothing.! She was just glaring me and kept repeating “what do you want,” “what do you want.” I gave her my order which came to 21.64. Then I just left! I could not see supporting a business that obviously does not need my money. I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. I went to Starbucks where I was treated much nicer, and they were also just as busy if not busier than Cinnabon.!!

Their new manager lady is very rude and should be fired and you can see her always smoking outside with her Cinnabon T-shirt on.
This place needs a lot of improvement; the cinnamon bun was one of the worst I’ve had, and I won’t be back.

When I opened my container not only did it look smaller than the other buns sitting in the pan when I confronted the person at the register he told me “it is just going to be eaten up anyway it doesn’t matter. They are all the same size.” The customer should always be right no matter what even if it doesn’t make sense this was wrong. Service here is terrible.

Man named Trevor H kind of rude, asked for a bun from a new tray and said he couldn’t do it when the first ones look like they have been sitting there for a good WHILE, he finally decided to get a bun from a new tray after I sat there staring,Then asked for the mall discount since I work here and have gotten it before here but he said that they “don’t have it” and didn’t even try looking for it on the iPad when I know they do.

I went to buy a cinnabon with my daughter who had a craving for a cinnabon this week. There were 2 cinnabons on a tray that looked dry and we told the guy behind the counter that we would like to have 2 cinnabons from the newer tray that looked inviting. We were told that they have to get rid of the ones on the other tray first (which looked dry). We told them we want the ones that looked fresh but he told us that he's not allowed to do that because that is a mandate from corporate. With that said, I asked for a refund on my card and they gave me a receipt which looked like they gave me a refund but refund did not go through when I checked my card online. So no cinnabon but still charged. Will not go there again. What ever happened to pleasing your customers?

I bought a couple of things and I asked for extra plastic cup and they want to charged me $1.37.
I’ve sat near the Cinnabon for 35mins and watched the works. There was 4 works on and one was Hispanic. It seemed like the Hispanic guy was doing all the work while the Caucasians sat around and watched him. I felt bad for the Hispanic guy with the glasses he was working so hard he needs a promotion or a raise.

The line here is always extremely long and I can see why. It's not even just about people obsessed with wanting cinnamon roll. The girl behind the counter was so excessively slow it was insane. I was in line for at least a good 20 minutes and there was only six people in front of me. A blind snail could put cinnamon rolls in a box quicker. When I got to the front of the line I asked for a box of four. I didn't know that you weren't allowed to get the freshly made ones behind the glass. She kept directing me towards the ones They had in the box already and I kept saying can I get the ones that are already out and it's like she didn't even hear my question. I finally got so irritated I just said just give me them all separate because I was holding up the line and she was so slow. $22 for 3 cinnamon rolls and one bottle of water for my husband and I to share. It's way overpriced. Ridiculous. All that and it didn't even taste that great, I don't care for the type of icing they use. I've had better cinnamon rolls out of a can. I won't be coming back again. Also, if you want to know their prices, it's best to look it up on their menu online. They have the menu on a TV screen behind the counter but the font is so thin and so small that you can barely read it even when you're standing at the counter let alone if you're standing back in line. I feel like that's done on purpose.

The food is worth the price! While cinnabon can be expensive, the quality of the food covers for it. There are different desserts available all containing cinnamon buns in some form. The only flaw is that ordering and receiving items can take some time.

So i wait In line for about 20 minutes and get to the front of the line and try to order 6 pack of classic roll the lady told me they don’t have any now I ask how long till u will have some she responded was not today at all. I don’t understand u have in on ur menu board then take it off or put a size I seen multi people say the same thing this isn’t the first time I heard of this but I heard. They’re willing to sell ur 6 single for more money. Just think it bad business wasting people time waiting in line to find out u don’t have any and the oven are full.
