No veal at an Italian restaurant??? Chicken Parmesan was average, $26, no salad comes with the dish. I had linguini with tomatoes and basil, too much oil and no flavor, had to ask for parmesan cheese. Martini was good.

Amazing! Was in town for a mini vacation, and on the spur of the moment decided to go out to dinner. After tasting the food, we were considering moving here!
My wife went with some friends to enjoy both the food and the atmosphere. Their waitress was pushy and kept pressuring them to finish, even took a plate away from one of the guests while they had the pizza in her hand. This was a common place for us to go, not anymore. Not going back for quite a while.

We've been to Ciro's too many times to count over their time in business, but our experience this past weekend was inexcusable. I was forewarned not to go during a holiday event, Christmas, New Years, Valentine's Day, etc., as the owners do not know how to manage it. Figuring it was being blown out of proportion, we went but should have listened to the advice!! Our reservation was for 6:30PM and were seated, at a less than desirable table, at 7:15PM only after complaining! The one owner who was staffing the hostess stand vs. the normal high school kid(s), knew full well the high schoolers would not be able to manage the crowd. It was noticeably clear, upon entering the establishment, that they overextended themselves. What the owners need to employ is the concept of time management or common sense by not overbooking and account for people lingering longer than normal, which caused the backlog. Over promising and underdelivering is the phrase that best suits our experience this weekend. While our meal was good, the overall experience / mood was dampened.

I made a reservation for valentine's day weeks in a advance. 2 days before the day they called and said their system screwed up and overbooked. They had no space for me but could offer a 8:15 time. I said that does work for us. They said thats the best they could do. I understand this has happened before to others. I will not be returning to ciros.

This place will close if two snowflakes fall anywhere in Lancaster county. While I’m sure the food/atmosphere here is amazing, I can never get to try due to cancellations of both my reservations, once in January and now today. We received no notification of cancellation and only found out after driving about 25min to arrive at the restaurant. Disappointed to say the least!
Absolutely fantastic Italian Restaurant - out of the way and severely underrated! We've dined here 1/2 dozen times and each time it gets better. First, the staff - Tony(owner), Louise, Abby, Giovanni, and so many others are friendly and courteous. There's clearly an excellent team in place here. On to the food - ridiculously good. Nothing is average or "OK" here, its all delicious. My favorite is the Seafood Fra Diavolo, Chicken Picatta and Pollo Basilica. The cocktails are excellent as well - If you don't leave room for the amazing gelato bar, then take some home with you. I cannot reccomend Ciro's enough.
There for a birthday party. Food, service and prices were great. Staff went above and beyond for us. Thank you.

This is a family operated true Italian restaurant and gelato bar with fresh made cakes as well. Recipes are their moms recipes. We made this our favorite place to go on any occasion. Amazing family great service and the food is truly remarkable!!Vegetarian options: They have salads and pastas, veggies Stromboli, amazing rosemary bread,Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options.
