Found huge chunks of egg shells in my omelette that I order this morning. I mean very poor quality it wasn’t even little pieces it was huge pieces of egg shells that would be noticeable. Very disappointed especially for paying almost $16 just for an omelette and toast

Great service, friendly staff. .but our coffees were watered down and the breakfast sandwiches were definitely overpriced for what we got. I basically received egg and bread .. we ordered to go so unfortunately we didn't realize until we left about the sandwich. But we could deal with the coffees. I think it would have been better if we had dined inside rather than get it to go.

The person attending to our drinks was rude while we ordered because we wanted added syrup. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks and when we asked for an update she just said yeah and walked away and never came back.

This place had pretty good food (especially the chai).
But, the best thing about the restaurant was the service. The waiters were very prompt. My husband agreed with my opinion about the service, and he also loved the chai latte and the veggie omelet.
My older daughter had a suggestion. She said that maye they could put a little bit less oil in the hash browns. But, overall, we had a great breakfast and would love to visit again.
The food is good, coffee is good. The food is a bit pricey for what it is. They don’t use real avocado but a guacamole premade spread that doesn’t taste great. I think there could be a few tweaks to make it a little better. We had this twice at this location and lititz and Lancaster location seems to be smaller portioned food wise.

I called to order over the phone but of course they make you order online. When I went to place my order I hit Lititz and verified it was on Lititz Pike. Turns out they have a second location on Lititz Pike. They couldn't even offer to just make the small order - instead our breakfast was completely cold and ruined by the time we got it. Don't make the same mistake we did because they will not care to help fix it to make it right. Not ordering from here again.
