I’ve had great experiences at this cafe. So many wonderful memories. I’ve enjoyed all of the locations as a private individual, for over two decades as well as with my family from newborn stage till now,. Thank you all for your wonderful service as professionals as well as to all the barista’s and managers at every location past and present. I visited on a Tuesday morning when it was busy, but even then, the service was still very quick! Right as you walk in, there’s a sign to wait to be seated (so do not seat yourself). The server was quick to seat me and was really kind. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes, and they tasted amazing. Overall, the vibe of the cafe was cozy and the service was excellent and fast.

This place used to be very niche before they became so “corporate” they had really very good coffee, a great selection of more rare beans for certain types and a good selection of their own! Now it’s watery, over crowded and the walk in/take out area is chaos with the kiosks, people waiting for their orders, waiting to be seated and door dashing. If the coffee was better it would be worth it but it’s not.

this place had the worst coffee I have ever had. Got a latte and a cappachino and there were so many coffee grounds in the bottom it was like drinking sand. absolutely disgusting and not even sugar could save the drink.

If you are sitting down and order a large cappuccino, it's served in a soup cup. Between that and the quality of the coffee, I don't think any more needs to be said.

My bf and I went there on the weekend to walk in and get some coffees to go. Upon walking in, we were greeted with a “please wait to be seated” sign. Considering we just wanted to order coffee to go, we decided to go to the counter (like any other coffee place) to order coffees to go. We stood there for a while with a full staff behind the counter. No worries, we get coffee shops can be quite busy, however, when the girl finally came over she (quite rudely) said “oh are you ordering take out?” We said…. Yes? Is that ok? She said that’s fine, exasperated. She seemed bothered we disregarded the sign but most coffee shops, you HAVE to order at the counter especially to go. It was odd. We felt very unwelcome ordering coffee in a coffee shop. Took FOREVER which again, no problem with that. But if you’re gonna take forever AND be rude, not a fan of that. The coffee was honestly one of the worst in Lancaster when we finally did get it. Don’t recommend this place when Lancaster has some awesome coffee shops that are happy when you are there.

The iced red tea latte was good but they should not use honey as a sweetener in it because it does not dissolve and you end up sucking clumps of honey its ok to use classic syrup

Solid food choice for breakfast. Seasonal coffee was delicious, and I could actually taste the coffee through the sweetness. Our waitress was funny and attentive. Overall, it was a good choice.
