I come here fairly often and the servers and the atmosphere is lovely here. The food is really good and not badly priced in my opinion for the quality you get. The autumn hash they have right now is perfect.
Coffee was okay. My Irish cream latte was decent. Hubby's iced coffee wasn't the best, the coffee was a bit bitter/acidic.
First impression for customer service was definitely a bit lacking, which I understand a busy Saturday morning rush plays a factor.
One suggestion would be to have someone solely doing the counter to greet customers and take orders, and then one person designated to drinks!
