Cork & Cap Restaurant

The food was great, our server was on top of everything and the restaurant has a warm/cozy welcoming feel to it. Highly recommend the Short Rib Wellington!!

Great service and great food, have visited and have never been disappointed. Can get a little noisy due to hotel but not to the point of disturbing.

My husband and I had dinner here after a show at the Fulton Theater. Our server Karen was very nice, and made several good dinner suggestions. The food was delicious. We shared the beet salad as a starter. It was plenty for us both to have a nice-sized serving. For the main course, my husband had the short rib wellington which he said was amazing. I had the rosemary chicken with potatoeswhich was also amazing. They had no issue with swapping out the vegetables for me so that I could have something I preferred. We also decided to splurge and ordered the apple pie with ice cream for dessert. Oh my word was this a fabulous choice. It looked beautiful when it came to the table and it did not disappoint! Layers of apples, with a strussel crumb topping and fresh local vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of caramel on the side. If you are looking for a great dining experience, definitely try Cork & Cap.

Cork & Cap was excellent! Everything from the service to the food was fabulous. Portions were just right. Desserts were big enough to share. Our server Paula was wonderful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Good food and ambience- unfortunately they appear to be significantly understaffed so service was very slow- not the fault of the server but certainly an issue for the restaurant.

We had a great night out at Cork and Cap. The food was delicious. I had the duck, my husband had the short rib Wellington and my son had the meatloaf. All three were outstanding. We also had the hummus appetizer which was very good. Our server was Doug and he did a great job! I would highly recommend Cork and Cap to anyone. We will be sure to be back .

Brynn was such a sweet waitress! Everything was cooked perfectly they have the best duck I have ever eaten in my life. 10/10

Great! We had two newcomers that were quite pleased and for four seniors (my wife and I included), that's very good! I had (took some home) huge porkchop, done to perfection, The other three had Short Rib Wellington which they loved and we shared a bottle of wine and a Creme Brulee for dessert. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. We'll all be back.

Another great meal. I had the beef wellington and my son had the filet and crab cake all of which was wonderful. Service was just wonderful. The wait staff there is just excellent. Highly recommend.

Who ever runs the expo line needs to wash their hands. Both my beet salad, which was more of a pile of walnuts disguised as a salad, and my duck breast entree, were covered in dirty greasy hand and fingerprints. It was like an FBI crime scene of greasy fingerprints. Who’s wiping the outgoing dishes on expo? Eek. Didn’t finish my meal and just got 🍸.

Our meal was excellent! Especially the Arancini appetizer and the short rib taco appetizer special. Mike was an excellent server!

Every aspect of our experience was top notch. The ambience was great, service was fantastic, and our food was delicious and completely worth the price, which we found to be totally reasonable. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I loved this restaurant! My favorite was the crab dip! We live at the Jersey Shore and have crab dip many times but never as good as this!!! Service was excellent, drinks excellent and even dessert delicious (Key lime tart YUM)! Highly recommend!!

We love the ambience, the food, the signature cocktails and our waiter Mike was exceptional .

Great menu items to choose from and everything was delicious. Great atmosphere at this factory-turned-restaurant. Very enjoyable and highly recommended. Be sure to make a reservation, as it does get busy.
