Normally this location is fabulous. However this visit the food was cold, the waitress was more interested in flirting with a customer (or her boyfriend??) who was sitting at the table next to us and we were pretty much ignored. Sad part was that there were 2 of their managers sitting at another table near us and nothing was said to the waitress (to stop talking to the one guy and wait on tables).

The food was good. But the service from the waiter Mr Ken is outstanding. He has great energy & he provides a great eating experience.
Food was ok and edible but nothing special. Service was rough and not very friendly. Hoping it was just a one time experience but we don't understand why people love this place. Had waffles and chicken. All good but nothing great. Muffin was cold. Server was asked to bring butter and Togo box more than once and we never got our refills. She was more interested in other customers. Floor was very dirty and needed to be mopped to get oil layer and crumbs off. My napkin fell on the ground and I didn't pick it up because of the crumbs. Gift shop was good and their staff were friendly. Food and gift shop combined we spent way too much.
